They incorrectly measured and ordered the wrong size for a couple of cabinets. This took almost 8 weeks to get fixed. What started out as a 2-3 week job ended up taking almost four months! When I told him I was not satisfied with the install, he threatened to put a lein against my home! Seriously folks if you are going to use this business, be ready for empty promises and shody work. My kitchen was eventually finished but anyone that asks I will tell them to stay away from this guy.

I sent multiple emails requesting additional supplies, but unfortunately did not receive a response. I also attempted to contact him by phone, but my calls were not returned. Due to the lack of communication, I had to drive to the showroom several times to reach him in person, which is over a 45-minute drive for me. Eventually, I was able to obtain all of the materials needed for my projects. Overall, Ken did assist with selecting the fixtures for my projects, which is part of his role. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers.

We wanted to get new cabinet doors for our kitchen. Ours were over 30 years old, but while…read moreserviceable, the doors and some of our cabinetry were showing wear. I went online to find a contractor to replace our kitchen cabinet doors. I found Gulf Coast Kitchens and noted the very high ratings (all 5.0) and read the reviews. Based on those encouraging findings, I called Gulf Coast Kitchens and arranged for Dave to come over and assess our situation. We were immediately impressed by his assessment of our cabinetry and what he could do to upgrade our kitchen. This involved both replacing some of our cabinetry and some of the doors on cabinetry that was still in decent shape. Dave provided us with a plan and reasonable cost estimate for doing the work, and we hired him to proceed. He gathered the necessary cabinets, doors and other materials, and he and his associate, Chris, spent several days at our house replacing and modifying our cabinetry. They also replaced all the dated cabinetry on our outdoor lanai. They were easy to have in our house for this project. I am not exaggerating if I say that we are ecstatic with the results. We highly recommend Gulf Coast Kitchens to anyone considering remodeling or upgrading their kitchen.

They didn't bother to greet us as they just stayed planted at their two desks. When my husband inquired about one of the pedestal sinks, one of the women slunk over, told us the size options and then just walked off. We stayed a few minutes longer but left as it was clear they were not interested in making a sale that day. I guess this company has all the business they need for now. We won't be back.

We just bought a house and was looking to upgrade a few things in it like a new kitchen faucet,…read moreshower hardware, etc. We originally didn't plan to go, but was driving by and stopped to see what selection a local place had over shopping at, say, Amazon. They do have a wonderful selection and some items we would haven't considered had we not stopped in. We picked out some items which we have now taken delivery on. While we were there, we were interested in some higher end items like a steam shower and one of those fancy toilets with a heated seat, automatic everything, and lights. We were told we would be emailed more information on the steam shower. Never got it. I called to check on the email. Told it would be sent shortly; still never got it. We checked spam/junk folders - nope. No communication about order status or follow up from sales person asking if we had questions. I walk in to ask for an order update and 1 piece had been previously delivered to the store and the 2nd had arrived that day. Again, no communication items had been received. I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. AGAIN NO email. I did consider staying until I received the infamous email, but thought I was overreacting. So much for buying local. Bottom line: Great selection. 2 stars Horrendous customer service! 0 stars
