Dan was more than understanding that I could not go over to fix this myself. He came out and the guests said was "super nice, no attitude at all" after finding how easy this was to fix. They said he was just as patient and respectful when he came 2 days later and had to reset the breaker and point out which two things not to plug in at the same time. When they left I had Dan right back out to add additional circuits and some extra lights and outlets. They worked almost an entire day and Dans prices were unbelievably reasonable for the work done and amount of man hours. I will definitely be having them back out and now have his number listed in our Property Welcome Manual so guests can call him if they can not reach me. I'm SO hesitant to write this review bc I want Dan to be able to come when I need him, but Dan is such a good guy I had to share!!

Incomplete product, missing bracket and missing crystals. After arriving we discover the Quality was very poor. Not impressed ! Customer Service very poor, No purchase invoice number Final Charge without approval ! Yes I supposed to get a phone call but!!! Again SVC? Not Really. So I colled the Company and reported the missing Bracket and over 40 of crystals, in few days I received my crystals but not my Brcket, basically I have NO Chandelier. No Bracket=No Chandelier ! 3K in the Box. We had to order one trough my electrician. By the way the White House pic. On World Class Lighting is so deceiving ! if WCL stands for Quality and SVC why so many Negative Reviews ? At this point I like to know who inspected my Chandelier ? And why so many things went wrong ? I'm Not Happy about it I'm very disappointed with WCL. I can't give more than 2 STARS So do your homework, No I would NOT Recommend WCL. Kind regards Bj.

I was past the 30 days because I was waiting for my contractor to install and now they want to charge me $10 for the Crystal and $15 to ship it. Wait a minute they left the part out. Hmm I think it's their mistake because they can't count. Why do they need to have to send parts anyway?? If they did the job right in the first place I would not see reviews that say they sent the part. What good is a chandelier without all the crystals? Don't buy from them that is my advice. I would not even give them one star.

Not an inch of the ceiling is wasted - they have so many light fixtures from various companies and pricing levels displayed. They have chandeliers, pendants, sconces, and even exterior lighting. For their plumbing fixtures - what sets them apart from all of the other showrooms in the area is that some of their fixtures actually have running water so you or your clients can actually feel the water pressure and see if the handling is comfortable. They actually had a whole row of various faucets that could turn on, there is a shower that can be turned on, and some of the tubs can be filled up. Locally, I haven't seen any other showroom that offers that first hand experience! I didn't spend too much time in the appliance department, but I saw plenty of grills and stoves.
