Eventually, I was able to obtain all of the materials needed for my projects. Overall, Ken did assist with selecting the fixtures for my projects, which is part of his role. However, improved communication, responsiveness, and a more welcoming customer service approach would greatly enhance the experience for future customers.

I drove 100+ miles and picked up my kitchen. After spending a few hours assembling the cabinets I realized that the cabinets were not the right size. 30" vs the 36" I had indicated that I needed. I was Not happy but decided to just deal with it and use what I was sold. When I went to install the cabinets on the wall I realized that the over the refrigerator cabinet was 24" deep instead of the 14" that I had requested to match the depth of the rest of the cabinets. This was a deal breaker for me as this cabinet door would not open due to it hitting the refrigerator hinges. I called customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand and explained the situation. When I was done explaining, the line was disconnected!!!. I started over and spoke to another person that was hard to understand with a dog barking in the background. This person set me up with an online appointment to resolve the problem. Six hours later I had the online appointment where the nice person that I could understand explained to me that they only designed kitchens and had no authority to resolve the situation. He then gave me a phone number to call to resolve the situation which was the same number that I had originally called. I called again and the individual I spoke to didnt seem to have enough knowledge about their product to help me. At this point I asked to return the cabinets. Ikea will pick up the cabinets in 9 DAYS. Then 5-6 business days later I will be refunded the money. So now I have to wait two more weeks to be able to reorder cabinets elsewhere because my money is tied up by this fiasco!

I ask for previous email to be sent to my email for review and emphasize that IF we were going to invest in a steam shower we would have to order asap as the shower is currently demoed. This company was referred by my cabinet installer and I can't speak highly enough of the experience.

Complete Failure, Property Damage, and Total Refusal to Take Responsibility…read more This was one of the worst home renovation experiences I've ever had. I spent over $20,000 with Cabinets To Go, who used Sage Surfaces to coordinate installation and hired Ramos Marble and Granite in Saint Petersburg, FL to do the work. What followed was incompetence, damage, and complete disregard for the customer. The problems started immediately. During the first install, Ramos installed the wrong backsplash (4" instead of the full backsplash I ordered). That mistake required everything to be torn out and redone. During the second installation, I stayed in the room specifically because trust was already gone. That decision proved necessary -- I personally watched the installer drag my stove across my floor instead of lifting it, leaving a long, obvious scrape in my new flooring. When I reported the damage, Ramos' operations manager asked for photos, which I sent immediately. A few hours later, she claimed their installer never moved my stove at all -- a statement that was simply untrue. She wasn't there. I was. I then escalated to Cabinets To Go and Sage Surfaces. Both companies said they were "working on it," then did absolutely nothing. No follow-up. No accountability. No compensation. The estimate to repair the damage is $1,800. This entire experience exposed a system where everyone takes your money, no one takes responsibility, and the customer is left paying for contractor damage. For a national brand and a $20K+ purchase, this level of negligence and indifference is unacceptable. If you're considering Cabinets To Go, Sage Surfaces, or Ramos Marble and Granite, understand this: when something goes wrong, you're on your own. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The plant shop is a tiny little indor shop and then a really large outdoor area that is covered but still allows rain in. It's a really cool setup honestly! I chatted with the gals working there about some planty things and they seemed really knowledgeable. I walked around for a while admiring all the different plants they had for sale. They had so many options, some I'd seen a lot and some I'd never seen. I wish we had this shop in Charlotte lol. Their prices were also very affordable!!! This was such a beautiful place, I'm so glad I got to see it!!!!
