This is a one stop shop for me . Hoang has been taking care of our 20+ rentals for over a decade…read more From flooded property remediation work to full home renovations to flip and sell renovations- he does it all . His specialty is kitchen and bathrooms but if the project requires plumbing / electrical work he will add that on as well so there is no need to hire separate contractor. He provides design recommendations in addition to competitive pricing on kitchen, bathroom , flooring materials + labor. He is a one man show for the most part and that is how the work is done with precision and attention to detail. No jobs are ever rushed and I'm okay with that . The investment in high end equipment and tools speaks for itself, he takes pride in his work and there are no shortcuts. Notably, Each kitchen design was carefully measured and installed to maximize our space and layout. Prior kitchens were installed with false sized cabinets and lots of empty wall space. We hired black pearl to help figure out a continuous bathroom drainage issue. Other contractors have charged to replace the tub, tile, and faucet only for the problem to reoccur again. I spent hundred on plumbing bills. Hoang was able to dig deeper, drill through the concrete and investigate the plumbing . Sure enough the drain line underneath the ground was installed wrong, with a heavy curvature and buildup - not allowing normal water flow to drain. With an extra day of work to fix the underlying problem, my tub now drains perfectly. For my properties in town n country that flooded during the 2 hurricanes in 2024, Hoang not only demoed the damaged drywall but also sprayed treatment onto the wood behind the walls and suggested we put dehumidifiers in wait for a few days for the moisture to settle, avoiding reoccurring mold issues . Other companies wanted to come in demo and install new drywall immediately. His honestly and integrity to do what's right is why we will continue working with him for as long as he's taking on work . Hire black pearl homes ! You will not be disappointed! P.s. I don't have all the photos on my phone to upload, but check out their Google and Facebook.

They painted our house beautifully before we moved in, and also helped us mount our TV, assemble our movie theater chairs, and install our projector screen for our home theater. Everything they did was done with such care, precision, and attention to detail. Javier and his dad are incredibly skilled, professional, and, most importantly, extremely reliable. They showed up when they said they would, were easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. It was such a relief having people we could completely trust while getting our new home set up. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and have been calling them frequently for all of our home improvement projects. They also are reasonably priced and even allowed us to name our own price for some smaller jobs/tasks. If you're looking for honest, dependable, talented workers who genuinely take pride in their work, we highly recommend Javier and his dad (and their team)! You will not be disappointed!

The city issued a stop work order and I had to hire a real licensed contractor to recover the job and pull permits, the project was at a standstill for a month.
