My husband and I tried to save a few dollars and it ended up costing us not only more money but also a lot of mental anguish. Then came two angels from Salt & Pepper construction-Nadav and Nathan! We add an additional floor to the house and it was definitely not an easy project but they handled every part of it professionally and with so much care. HOMEOWNERS -- PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING US CABINETS AND DESIGN…read more I want to share my personal experience with Chase Mason and US Cabinets and Design because I would hate to see another homeowner go through what my family and I are experiencing. I hired this company to work on my home and paid a substantial amount of money. Unfortunately, I have been left with unfinished work, damage to my home, and serious concerns about the workmanship. I have photographs documenting the condition my home was left in, and I am still trying to resolve this matter. This has been an incredibly stressful and costly experience for my family. I trusted that the work would be completed properly, and I never expected to find myself in this position. I'm sharing my firsthand experience so other homeowners can make informed decisions before hiring a cabinet or flooring company. Please check credentials, verify references, get everything in writing, and carefully research anyone you allow into your home. I encourage anyone considering US Cabinets and Design to do their own due diligence save yourself and RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN TO ANYONE ELSE... YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID. GOOGLE CHASE MASON WOOLMAN

She finally got the long-languishing repairs on track while competently navigating further challenges that arose along the way. I believe now that the source of the problem is that I was unfortunately working with a designer who was not effectively communicating my repeated concerns or requests for escalation through the company channels, which left me stuck in an endless loop of delays and setbacks. That said, I have lingering concerns about the repeated quality-control lapses involving the cabinet supplier itself. While S&W ultimately worked through the problems, the number of defects, replacement parts, and repeated corrections was well beyond what I would reasonably expect on a new installation of this scale. In fairness, I also recognize that had I been more assertive about making sure management directly heard my concerns, the resolution likely would have come much sooner. Once I finally went around the bottleneck and escalated the issues myself, things began smoothing out quickly. In summary, I don't believe my experience reflects the company as a whole as much as an unfortunate mismatch with one designer who was not effectively managing communication or escalation. Once others within S&W Kitchens became involved, the project moved forward much more professionally and efficiently. I would like to thank all involved for, ultimately, a good result. Thank you!
