Specialties
Central Builders Group is a licensed general contracting and roofing company based in St. Petersburg that focuses on high-quality construction and a professional, well-organized building process.
What sets us apart is our ability to manage projects from concept to completion. We regularly work with architects and engineers to help clients move from early ideas all the way through design, permitting, and construction. Our team has experience with everything from custom homes and ADUs to structural renovations, commercial build-outs, and roofing projects.
We place a strong emphasis on communication, transparency, and doing things the right way the first time. Many projects in Florida require careful coordination with local building departments, flood regulations, zoning requirements, and engineering considerations. Our experience navigating those systems allows us to guide clients through what can otherwise be a complicated process.
At the end of the day, our goal is simple: deliver well-built projects, maintain clear communication with our clients, and create spaces that add long-term value to their property.
History
Established in 2022.
Central Builders Group was founded in St. Petersburg with the goal of providing a higher level of professionalism and honesty in the construction industry. From the beginning, the company focused on quality construction, clear communication with clients, and managing projects in a structured, transparent way.
Over time, we expanded from smaller renovation and structural projects into larger residential and commercial work, including custom homes, additions, ADUs, and commercial build-outs. As the company grew, we also built strong relationships with local architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to support a full design-to-construction approach.
Today, Central Builders Group is a licensed general contracting and roofing company serving St. Petersburg and the greater Tampa Bay area. We continue to focus on well-built projects, careful planning, and helping clients navigate the design, permitting, and construction process from start to finish.
