Food was good, service was okay I didn't like that I felt like my group and I were being rushed out, at one point one of the waiters came and told us it was last call when it was about 730pm. It was 3 of us, it's all you can eat but keep in mind we didn't order crazy amounts and what we ordered we did eat everything. The last order we made was two rolls of 4 pieces each at this point the female waitress asked us this is all right you're done and brought us the check. Both people that helped us out weren't exactly the nicest people, so food is good but service was a fail for me. I am very upset at this establishment for the lack of empathy and the lack of awareness. My child is on the spectrum and he doesn't touch the food. Anybody that is a parent to an autistic child knows exactly what I'm talking about. What their safe foods are. After explaining to the employees about my son and ensuring him that he would not eat any of the food that is presented. They refused to hear me out and still charge my son for a seat at the table. This is in the sporting event. This is not a show. This is not a concert. It's a restaurant. And to charge an autistic child the fee to sit down is disgusting. You have enough employees to do walk-throughs and be able to call out if there's any suspicious behavior and that part, I do understand that. Absolutely ridiculous. We drove over 30 minutes to eat at Show Sushi and were excited to try it. Instead, we left angry, hungry, and completely frustrated. My son is 8 years old. Because he was literally ONE INCH over their height limit for the kids menu, they insisted on charging him the full adult premium all-you-can-eat price of $49.99. Not a discounted rate. Not a reasonable accommodation. The full adult price. Apparently, common sense doesn't exist here. Anyone can clearly see the difference between an 8-year-old child and an adult, but management refused to make any exception whatsoever. They were willing to lose a family spending over $116 before drinks and gratuity rather than show even the slightest bit of flexibility. I understand having policies, but blindly enforcing a rule without any consideration for the situation is terrible customer service. We made the drive, arrived ready to spend money, and were treated like our business didn't matter. Families should be aware of this before making the trip. If your child happens to be tall for their age, be prepared to pay adult premium prices regardless of whether they're 8 years old. Came for dinner and we understand a table for a large group will take long but waiting the time was inaccurate! Too many times they said almost time and we waited for so long! When we were told a table was ready, they let us scan the QR code to order, but it wasn't clear if we can have more than one phone ordering since it too some time to order and ask everyone too. Once we got our table, we had to send our carpaccio order and miso soup to the servers. It is only 3 rounds of orders, so once we send our phone ordering since through its a 10min wait. They will charge for uneaten sushi so be careful. We got so much peppered salmon and that was so delicious. The carpaccio was good as well but took a while to get. The galbi and mussels were amazing, I could eat so much more! Shrimp tempura and mixed tempura were crispy and light. The tempura sauce was ok, not much flavor. After two years of being in hiatus from Show Sushi, we (my dear friend, her niece, her niece's husband, and me) have returned with full force to have an amazing and delicious AYCE sushi dinner. It was my dear friend's treat. Thank you so much! Lucky us, AYCE Dinner A (with limited Carpaccio... one set order per person) regular price for one adult is $39.99, but is now on sale for $36.99. AYCE sushi on sale? That's a first! We'll take it. If you multiple that number by 4 plus tax and tip, it is a big number at the end! Upon arrival, do get on the waitlist if any as soon as possible. They have changed their dine-in venue to AYCE for all parties at the table including kids. Kid's AYCE price will be determined by height. I believe take-out menu still applies (togo special is 50% off any rolls & sushi plus 10% gratuity may apply). They now have some specific rules. All parties must have arrived before they seat anyone from your party. No new guests can be added to your table once everyone has been seated. No outside food or drinks are allowed. QR code must be scanned to order. Each round of order is to be sent per group not per individual with 10 minutes in between each round of orders. I guess only 3 rounds (from the past) no longer applies anymore. Leftover foods will be charged accordingly so order what you will eat entirely. Everything was fresh and delicious with the exception of the Udon Noodle Soup as its broth was slightly sweet. I appreciate the sushi rice in each sushi was less in portion than before. It would have been nice if most of the sushi rolls weren't in 8 count. I would have tried a couple of them. They do offer no rice sushi, too. Appetizer portions were perfect... not too big and not too small! You can always order multiples of each. I suggest you order one first and then order more later if you need more. Staff was attentive. Service was good and quick. Unfortunatly, no more complimentary ice cream. Bummer! Nevertheless, I would return here for more great sushi. You get a lot for what you pay for. The menu has changed and the prices have raised. Now they use a QR ordering system that you place on your mobile phone. Once your orders get placed you won't be waiting long for your food. There's always a server available to help you. I came here with my brother planning to do the all-you-can-eat option. I let the staff know upfront that I have celiac disease and asked if they could remove ingredients like imitation crab, eel sauce, tempura, and soy sauce from the rolls since all of those contain gluten. I even clarified that I didn't want any substitutions--I just wanted those items removed. However, they told me they couldn't do that under the all-you-can-eat menu and insisted that any change counted as a substitution, which would mean an extra charge per roll just to remove the imitation crab. That didn't make much sense to me considering it's supposed to be all-you-can-eat--I wasn't asking for anything extra, just to remove ingredients I can't eat. They suggested I order carpaccio or sashimi instead, but those options were more expensive and also restricted (for example, carpaccio was limited to one order per person). That didn't feel like a good value, especially since those were basically the only safe options available to me. I've been to other all-you-can-eat sushi places where they were happy to remove things like imitation crab, tempura flakes, and sauces to accommodate gluten allergies, so this was the first time I've run into this issue. Don't get me wrong--if I didn't have celiac disease, this place might actually be a go-to. The all-you-can-eat price is pretty reasonable, and the convenience of ordering through a QR code at your own pace is a big plus. However, if you have celiac disease or any dietary restrictions, it's a completely different experience. While there are a couple of alternatives like sashimi or carpaccio, the added cost and restrictions really take away from the value.
