I understand that it takes time to make and deliver the pizzas especially during the rush hour on a weekend but the wait time was still slightly longer than expected. The food was also cold (not even lukewarm) when they arrived. (Our location was only 10 min away!) The flavors were slightly lacking because the toppings were quite sparse. From my photos, the distribution of the toppings look pretty decent but, mind you, the pizza was huge (18"), and so the space between each piece of topping was actually wider than it looked in the photos! (If that makes sense to you!)

Ordering on the App/web is pretty smooth and easy. You can also buy pizza by the slices in store. The pizza and ingredients were fresh. It wasn't overly salty or greasy and the pizza was cooked well without being overly burnt / charred. However, I wished they were more generous with the basil on the pizza (if you look at my picture you can see the basil is tiny). The caprese is also a bit salty because of the capers but I just picked those off. Also, because of how thin the crust is, I think it's better to eat it fresh because if you get a pizza with lots of toppings, it can get soggy fast.

When I'm beat and not wanting to make dinner, it's Jim's I fail for delivery. Last night I picked up for the first time and it's nice not to have to pay extra for delivery. What happened to the good old days where delivery was free for a minimum order! We always order the flaming Jim, yummy spicy chicken deliciousness. The second pizza is always on a whim, ours was Rustic Italian, shop pulled have added anchovies! It was good, doctored with crushed chillies. You can get different crusts, we sometimes get thin crust which I like but the regular chewy doughy crust with its outer crunch is yummy. Staff is always good when I call. I see the young teens working their first job there. It very community oriented. Deliver is always quick, be patient on busy days, sanctioned hard to get through on the phone to order. Great place, great pizza, make it your regular pizza place.

Deliveries are always hot and fresh, their drivers are polite, professional and usually show up a little earlier than the estimated delivery time. Great value for the money, prices are very reasonable and good variety of sizes to chose from. Tonight's order was probably my 12th or so, can't remember exactly. The pizzas are the typical North American pizza with a thicker crust (not neopolitan or thin crust). They came piping hot and are fluffy soft with lots of filling. The toppings went almost to the edge of the crust which were nice. The pizza reheated nicely in both the toaster oven and air fryer. Not too greasy either. I generally prefer neopolitan style of pizza or thin crust pizza, so I'm pretty surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I won't have it all the time but it is good once in a while. It is definitely better than the generic pizza places here like Freshslice and Dominos.
