I'm a senior with two nasty disorders, so what they don't throw at me, old age does! I relax and rely on these fine people to monitor my medications, keep track of what I need, and answer my never ending questions. They are, in a word, awesome! We hope to never have to need a different pharmacy. The big warehouse types with everything plus groceries are just too much. Never the same pharmacist, never the same counter people, too many people to get something wrong. You know the phrase, "too many cooks spoil the broth"? It goes for pharmacies too. We love this place and concur with the previous poster who said they were the best family run pharmacy.. I would state that they are the very best in Ontario and likely the country. I made the appointment but when I arrived for it I was informed that the email was sent by mistake a week early and I was not eligible for OHIP coverage (I'm over 65). There was absolutely no effort made to compensate me for my trouble, rather i was told that I could re-schedule a week later. I sent a complaint to the parent company Luxotica, but was given a run-around and directed to a non-functioning complaint form. This used to be a good place to go, but in my opinion the customer service has gone downhill. I will be looking for a local optometrist that is not part of a huge multinational enterprise.

One of the only consignment stores in Kingston. I've found a few great deals here over the years,…read moremy favourite one being a Marc Jacobs tote bag for $20.00! However, this isn't one of those stores where you leave with a huge haul every single time (like Value Village or Talize). They have a smaller selection and prices are a bit higher, so I tend to be picker when selecting items to buy here. The store is fairly well laid out, and I appreciate that the clothing is color coded (Talize does this as well, but Value Village does not). I also like that the price of the item decreases the longer it's on the sales floor, which is unique. I often think of consigning here, but to be honest after reading the rules on the website, it seems like it would be a bit of a hassle. For example, it says that they don't accept items over 2 years old. How on earth can they tell (besides the item being in poor condition)? One time when I inquired about consigning, they told me about all the "cheaper" brands that they don't accept...yet every time I go in, I see those brands! It's also strange that on the website it says that Danier is one of their best selling brands, yet they say they don't accept leather coats (yes I understand Danier doesn't JUST have leather jackets, but you get where I'm coming from). Also, this might just be me, but I wish the change rooms had actual doors and not just curtains. I don't know how many times a lady has just waltzed right into my change room while I'm changing! No etiquette it seems. All in all, a few minor inconveniences, but it's a store I will continue to visit once every couple of months to see what's new.

First time he went, although he went early, they did not have the promotional item that was advertised. Second time he went, they overcharged him on something and when he returned, they could only give him a credit for Popeye dollars. This is for the inconvenience of having to come back for THEIR mistake! If anything they should have provided him with extra credit. The 3rd time he went, the clerk completely ignored him. Initially when he walked in the store he thought it was because the clerk was helping another customer but then he went to serve another person that walked in AFTER him and after this person left as oppose to asking him if he needed any help, the guy went into the back to heat up his dinner and then proceeded to bring the food out and ate it at the counter with his back to my husband! My husband walked out without purchasing anything and ended up ordering the item that he wanted from Bodybuilding.com. Although he had to pay $15 for shipping to Canada it was still cheaper than buying it at Popeyes. The only down side is that he has to wait 4-8 days for the item. It's too bad that location is the only one in Kingston. We miss the Popeyes stores in Ottawa!
