Then I had to buy crutches (the previous place I went to sold me the wrong ones without having me try them...I should have known perhaps, but it was my first time!) A nice Shoppers staff member was very patient with me, helped me put them together, adjust them to comfort and took his time. Bryan was…read morevery kind and helpful to them, especially as they had more need of assistance with multiple prescriptions as they aged. When they came in they were recognized. This is a nice feature of a local store. For over the counter purchases this knowledge can be important in case of conflict with prescriptions. When I moved to this area I became a customer as well. I have had good service and polite and friendly attention. The other review I just read prompted me to write because it seemed so unfair and so unlike the experience I have had with this store and pharmacy.
