Then I had to buy crutches (the previous place I went to sold me the wrong ones without having me try them...I should have known perhaps, but it was my first time!) The pharmacy department is decent and quick, the staff is informative to the situations that arise. Bug draw back- bathroom. Don't come here to use the bathroom in the summer. The line is usually backed up and after a few people it statutes to smell funny- not the fault of the staff (tourist).

This is a nice feature of a local store. For over the counter purchases this knowledge can be important in case of conflict with prescriptions. When I moved to this area I became a customer as well. The other review I just read prompted me to write because it seemed so unfair and so unlike the experience I have had with this store and pharmacy.

My medications ran out, I called the CVS Watertown (the nearest CVS my sister in Canada) and was treated with the upmost respect and care. I was able to contact my Dr and had her send my scripts to Watertown. I was able to travel to Watertown yesterday from Ottawa and pick them up. The Pharmacist I believe his name was Mike but I didn't write it down, was so kind to me and helped fill my scripts and ease my mind.
