BEWARE! REXALL Drugs FLU SHOT…read more I was recently booked at Rexal (Princess)for my Flu shot. As I am standing in line the Gentleman in front of me (not social distancing from me) who had a bandanna on his face told me he was there as a walk-in for the COVID shot. I was not made aware that not only were covid shots being administered at the same time as the flu shot, but was also taking up my time slot for my flu shot. I was expected to wait in line with walk-ins that are not VACCINATED for over 20 min. This is Unacceptable! This is a Pharmacy, they should know better. You can't go to any Health Care facility without proof of the Covid Vaccine. The very least they could do is let us know that unvaccinated people will be there for their covid shot and we will be standing in line with unvaccinated people. We deserve to be given this information beforehand so we can make the decision ourselves if we want to put ourselves in harms way.

The room where they were doing the shots was filthy with visible dirt on surfaces and they were straight up just throwing the bandaid garbage on the floor. The open garbage was totally full of bloody cotton balls. When he gave me the shot he barely said anything to me, no information about side effects, wound up and jabbed me really hard. I get a flu shot every year and this was by far the most bizzare and surreal experience.

There is only one odd thing about this store - the washroom is nearly destroyed, it looks like a whirlwind went though and blasted things apart. The pharmacy department is decent and quick, the staff is informative to the situations that arise. Bug draw back- bathroom. Don't come here to use the bathroom in the summer. The line is usually backed up and after a few people it statutes to smell funny- not the fault of the staff (tourist).
