When--after a few days--something new already showed significant wear, they would not entertain the idea of refunding or replacing. This man was rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. I will never shop here again. I also second the other reviews about not setting things up or being helpful in any way. After buying a new bike, they still expect you to spend $100 fitting it! Ridiculous. I think the only way they stay in business is by overpricing everything.

We bought a child seat, had them install and it was incorrect (just sitting on the rear wheel???), then they go on to say that maybe they don't have the correct mount but aren't sure. Let's be clear here: They are selling equipment for kids under 3 for bikes and don't know how to properly install or which bikes they work on (and I bought the bike from them at the same time!). This is unprofessional and not safe for kids.

I want people to know that the founder of this company has stated that the unacceptably 'sheer'…read morefabric of recent products is merely a sign that the consumer is too large to fit into them (he says the same of the recent pilling of fabric that never happened when the company first started). [The company has come under fire lately for the poor quality of its products]. He also has stated that he is not interested in selling to anyone who is larger than a size 12, clearly sending a message to the majority of Canadian women (the average size is 14) that they are 'not fit enough' to wear clothing to supposedly get 'fit' in. So, in essence, if you shop here, you are supporting a company whose founder blames his own mistakes in judgement on women who are larger than a size 12 for his products' inadequacies. Guess what? Women who are size 14 can read and we also can stop shopping at his stores. I have certainly made that decision. SEE: http://bc.ctvnews.ca/lululemon-founder-blames-women-s-bodies-for-pants-problems-1.1531351 If you care about women's rights and about body image issues, shopping here is like shooting yourself and your values in the foot, so to speak. In the past, I have purchased products from this local retailer because my daughters wanted them. I once asked a woman there to hold a $150 jacket until I could come back a few hours later and get it for my daughter, who was with me at the time. It was to be a Christmas present and I didn't want to spoil the surprise. The cashier was snotty and said that they did not 'hold' things for people. The way she said it made me feel like she didn't think I was really going to buy it. Nice! :( I did come back the next day and buy it, but have NEVER shopped there again. There are a lot of great sportswear companies to buy from in Canada. Lululemon is no longer a positive store, or a positive company. [Shopping nearly anywhere else would be better than Lululemon.] Do you really want to spend your money at a place where the founder states that they are not in the business of selling to women "whose thighs rub together"(as if our thighs are the REASON his clothing sucks). Insulting women's bodies is the wrong way to counter complaints about products that have been recalled due to quality problems. Don't give them another dollar of your money.

I'm not a frequent customer…read morehere, probably because I like to think I'm outdoorsy, but really I'm a outdoorsy-wannabe, but every time I do visit Trailhead I have such a great experience. First off, the staff are extremely helpful. They don't get all up in your business when you browse, but when you need help or want to ask questions, they've got the knowledge and they love to share it. Everyone who works here is a clear sporting enthusiast, and it shows through in product knowledge and passion for where they work. Second, they really want their customers to love and enjoy the outdoors as much as they do. Case in point, I was with a friend who wanted to rent skates recently, but we arrived at the store at the exact time they were closing up shop for the day. Defeated, we stood outside, wondering if there were any other solutions nearby (nope). One of the staff members noticed and came out saying, "I know exactly what you need - Skates! - and we're going to make sure you can go skating today!" We had rental skares within 5 minutes and were happily off to the rink. Taking the time to serve us even though they were close is a small gesture, but one that I won't soon forget. I will however try to make it there during operating hours. :)

I'm a senior with two nasty disorders, so what they don't throw at me, old age does! I relax and rely on these fine people to monitor my medications, keep track of what I need, and answer my never ending questions. They are, in a word, awesome! We hope to never have to need a different pharmacy. The big warehouse types with everything plus groceries are just too much. Never the same pharmacist, never the same counter people, too many people to get something wrong. You know the phrase, "too many cooks spoil the broth"? It goes for pharmacies too. We love this place and concur with the previous poster who said they were the best family run pharmacy.. I would state that they are the very best in Ontario and likely the country. The staff are always friendly and helpful and will give you any advice you need on projects or equipment you need to buy. Myself, I can't go in there and not pick up something. Oh, and the gas bar out front (http://www.yelp.ca/biz/canadian-tire-gas-bar-gananoque) typically has competitive gas prices and gives you Canadian Tire money with your purchase so that you can go back and get an emergency bag of pucks.

As another reviewer said, make sure you know your license plate number too. Staff was able to tell me that if I buy enough alcohol that paperwork would be filled and I would be charged extra at the border is all, but no real limits seem to be present otherwise. I am sure if you buy a huge quantity you may need to be able to briefly explain yourself such as if you have a detailed list ready of who you want to give to and why. Staff is very helpful about which liquors have stronger flavor and which have stronger liquor. This is a basic concept that I feel has gone over many others' heads because they just want to sell me something based on some potentially correct science that may be entirely useless for my taste buds. The variety is here if you want that last minute mainstream grab or you get something here that may be harder for you to get elsewhere. There are several varieties of maple liquor.
