My medications ran out, I called the CVS Watertown (the nearest CVS my sister in Canada) and was treated with the upmost respect and care. I was able to contact my Dr and had her send my scripts to Watertown. I was able to travel to Watertown yesterday from Ottawa and pick them up. The Pharmacist I believe his name was Mike but I didn't write it down, was so kind to me and helped fill my scripts and ease my mind. Neither time have they been ready after waiting all day to go pick them up. Today I waited until after 5:00pm to go into the store. The drs office told me they would be calling it in right away. ( This was about 9:15 this am.) The person at the counter told me that it would be in tomorrow at noon, and SHOULD be ready for pick up sometime after 2. Or I could wait 20-30 minutes and she could see if there was enough to fill my script! why in HE** had she not already done that! I had already made a special trip into Potsdam from Pierrepont approx. 8 miles away, to turn around and go back home, therefore another 8 miles! I AM DONE WITH THIS PHARMACY.
