Neither time have they been ready after waiting all day to go pick them up. Today I waited until after 5:00pm to go into the store. The drs office told me they would be calling it in right away. ( This was about 9:15 this am.) The person at the counter told me that it would be in tomorrow at noon, and SHOULD be ready for pick up sometime after 2. Or I could wait 20-30 minutes and she could see if there was enough to fill my script! why in HE** had she not already done that! I had already made a special trip into Potsdam from Pierrepont approx. 8 miles away, to turn around and go back home, therefore another 8 miles! I AM DONE WITH THIS PHARMACY. They act like their time is valuable but the customer can pound salt! SCREW THAT, I'LL GO TO WALMART!

The pharmacy department is decent and quick, the staff is informative to the situations that arise. Bug draw back- bathroom. Don't come here to use the bathroom in the summer. The line is usually backed up and after a few people it statutes to smell funny- not the fault of the staff (tourist).

9/12/17 While here…read moreon vacation my husband had a freak accident - while cutting a sausage the hot juice squirted in his eye burning it - a quick stop to Kinney Drugs and we got very courteous help from the young attractive female pharmacist on duty - she immediately knew what to suggest and after few applications of the eye drops his was fine - how refreshing to be so far away from home (Maryland) and receive such kind help.

It's an older store and things seem crammed in there (and on more than one occasion they've run out of RX and sent me to another store such as Rite-Aid or Walgreens, across the street). I'm fairly certain Walgreens will put this one under. There's another Kinney - brand new - by Clarkson's campus that is definitely worth going to instead of this one.

After asking, I was told that they were out of stock of them, but the sales woman there offered to call a store down the road to see if they had them. Small town friendliest at its best! If she was this friendly when it was my first time in there and not a regular customer, I can only imagine how good their customer service would be to regulars.

Visiting family for the holidays and being in the area we needed to grab some quick things. This was the convenient place to go for sure. Not much overall to say, almost everyone is aware of how Walmart is and has visited one. I typically would rate one star for many reasons for being a miserable place to shop. The reason I am giving two stars though is because the overall cleanliness and setup was far superior to any back in Maine. The care and attention to specifically the clothing section was surprising. I'm so use to clothes being thrown all over the place and not much looking neat. So this was quite the surprise. Still not a spot I care for but did think it deserved the slight recognition with two stars.

She was able to hear and talk a little bit and my mother was putting things in the cart as she scanned our stuff she scanned our fishing pole which had the option to put a warranty on it and she yelled at my mother to "pay attention" because she needed to click yes or no. Apparently being polite to customers isn't a requirement anymore.

We have all our prescriptions filled and mailed to us when we return to our winter dwelling. They are prompt and reasonable. My only "complaint" is that there is no Kinney's here in Western New York!
