The pharmacy department is decent and quick, the staff is informative to the situations that arise. Bug draw back- bathroom. Don't come here to use the bathroom in the summer. I have a colicky 6 week old and the second I could leave the house to get him colic probiotics I did. Nothing makes you want to turn around and go somewhere else like a disgruntled employee cutting you off. You close at 9 deal with it. It's 10 more minutes. I am a nurse and I am a veteran and I would have loved to have trivial complaints like 10 minutes. Try deploying or working 14 hours a day. Truly annoyed. The cashier jaquelynn (spelling?) was really nice she gets 5 stars for herself.

Neither time have they been ready after waiting all day to go pick them up. Today I waited until after 5:00pm to go into the store. The drs office told me they would be calling it in right away. ( This was about 9:15 this am.) The person at the counter told me that it would be in tomorrow at noon, and SHOULD be ready for pick up sometime after 2. Or I could wait 20-30 minutes and she could see if there was enough to fill my script! why in HE** had she not already done that! I had already made a special trip into Potsdam from Pierrepont approx. 8 miles away, to turn around and go back home, therefore another 8 miles! I AM DONE WITH THIS PHARMACY. They act like their time is valuable but the customer can pound salt! SCREW THAT, I'LL GO TO WALMART!
