The pharmacy department is decent and quick, the staff is informative to the situations that arise. Bug draw back- bathroom. Don't come here to use the bathroom in the summer. I've worked for minimum wage and in retail so Yeh I got pissy when customers came in last minute but until the clock struck our closing time they had every right. It sucks but it happens. I have a colicky 6 week old and the second I could leave the house to get him colic probiotics I did. Nothing makes you want to turn around and go somewhere else like a disgruntled employee cutting you off. You close at 9 deal with it. It's 10 more minutes. I am a nurse and I am a veteran and I would have loved to have trivial complaints like 10 minutes. Try deploying or working 14 hours a day. Truly annoyed. The cashier jaquelynn (spelling?) was really nice she gets 5 stars for herself.

I am a 68 year old woman. I have been dealing with this pharmacy for about 10 years. In the last…read more4-5 years, there has been several staff changes and not for the better. They overcharged my mother's prescription on her Visa and I had to ask for a refund of over $100. They put the wrong pills in my mother's packaged prescription more than once. Thank God I always reviewed the pills. There is ALWAYS a minimum of half an hour wait time even when there are no other customers at any of the 4 service windows. Today, again I went to pick up the prescription, told it was not ready and it would be 15-20 minutes. I left, then came back 40 minutes later and again had to wait another 15 minutes as I was told that the pharmacist had to review the prescription. Note, I had been told that it would only be less then 5 minutes. I waited at the consultation window for the pharmacist. The pharmacist "Hina" is rude and nasty, she INSISTED that I sit on the yellow seats rather then wait at the consulting window. THERE WAS NO "PLEASE", it was said in the matter of a demand. When I said that I will wait where I want, she rudely stated that the window was for consultation only. Please note, there were no other customers waiting at any of the windows or on the yellow seats. During my wait time, Hina decided to have a social conversation with "Jeana" who was sitting beside her. So much for customer service. I will be looking for a new pharmacy! I would give this pharmacy a zero if I could.

It's been so interesting getting to know the area since we moved close by! I needed some pain reliever as I had run out, and this shop had more varieties and price comparisons to offer. I normally don't complain but this was really out of line - I am a very friendly person and was just making conversation about the drug I take not being expensive anyway and he treated me horribly / enough to make me cry and I am not a crier Thank you
