I am never a fan of going to Walmart in general and every year it seems worse and worse in some…read moreway. Visiting family for the holidays and being in the area we needed to grab some quick things. This was the convenient place to go for sure. Not much overall to say, almost everyone is aware of how Walmart is and has visited one. I typically would rate one star for many reasons for being a miserable place to shop. The reason I am giving two stars though is because the overall cleanliness and setup was far superior to any back in Maine. The care and attention to specifically the clothing section was surprising. I'm so use to clothes being thrown all over the place and not much looking neat. So this was quite the surprise. Still not a spot I care for but did think it deserved the slight recognition with two stars.

I was informed that I had to do it that exact day. When I went in to pick them up the lady had the expression of a cult follower. Just a flat emotionless expression. She looked like a white girl that had become a particular religion. When she cashed me out I thought that the price was so much more than I had paid in the past. I asked if my insurance had been used. She said that my insurance information had not been entered. You have to check everything. Another software issue. They always seem to be having computer issues at SDM. I am available for employment with 22 years in the IT system development and support. I see that there is a pharmacy in Long Sault. Perhaps I will go there.

The pharmacy department is decent and quick, the staff is informative to the situations that arise. Bug draw back- bathroom. Don't come here to use the bathroom in the summer. The line is usually backed up and after a few people it statutes to smell funny- not the fault of the staff (tourist).

They overcharged my mother's prescription on her Visa and I had to ask for a refund of over $100. They put the wrong pills in my mother's packaged prescription more than once. Thank God I always reviewed the pills. There is ALWAYS a minimum of half an hour wait time even when there are no other customers at any of the 4 service windows. Today, again I went to pick up the prescription, told it was not ready and it would be 15-20 minutes. I left, then came back 40 minutes later and again had to wait another 15 minutes as I was told that the pharmacist had to review the prescription. Note, I had been told that it would only be less then 5 minutes. I waited at the consultation window for the pharmacist. The pharmacist "Hina" is rude and nasty, she INSISTED that I sit on the yellow seats rather then wait at the consulting window. THERE WAS NO "PLEASE", it was said in the matter of a demand. When I said that I will wait where I want, she rudely stated that the window was for consultation only. Please note, there were no other customers waiting at any of the windows or on the yellow seats. During my wait time, Hina decided to have a social conversation with "Jeana" who was sitting beside her. So much for customer service. I will be looking for a new pharmacy! I would give this pharmacy a zero if I could.
