Out of paper bags, they just force you to buy them at this point. Multi million dollar company can't even order enough bags.

I suppose this review belongs on the national Walmart website, but I tried to process the order at this store so here goes. A couple of weeks ago, my friends and I decided that for our annual boardgaming weekend near here we would order groceries online from the comfort of our homes (hours away) and pick them up here instead of buying them far away and driving then up to the cabin. I researched online and found Walmart had a 3-week window for grocery orders (you couldn't order them farther out than that). Since I didn't need them in 3 weeks, I put together an order online and picked the farthest out date. I basically wanted to see what they had, how the process worked, etc. The website had trouble finding this store, so I had to call them up and confirm their address. Still problems, so I moved on to selecting groceries. Finding most things I wanted online was easy, though some items were out of stock (2L bottles of Pepsi? Walmart brand cookies? Zucchini? Are you kidding me?) and I found that odd. Ordering large packs of meat was problematic as you could put in the cart a package of chicken weighing between 2.75 - 4 pounds, but it wouldn't tell you the weight. And knowing how much it weighed is a big problem when ordering it to feed 8 guys, so I decided that when we picked up the groceries we would just need to check. All in all, though, it went well. Fast forward three weeks and I was ready to place it "for real" (I was now within the 3-week window of my trip). But I couldn't adjust the pick up date anymore. I tried everything, but no good. So, I called Walmart IT and they were clueless too. They had to call their IT staff and put us into a 3-way call (that ended up taking 45 minutes total) and it turns out Walmart has changed their site and process in the past 3 weeks. My old order cannot be cancelled, but I cannot use it for pick-up either. I needed to place a new order. Their window is now only 1 week instead of 3 weeks, and lots more items are out of stock. So, we made a new order and I got ready to submit it but held off for a day. The next day, it was gone... and only my old order was left. I had to do it all over again. I just don't understand how this system is supposed to be more convenient then going into the store to shop. I am stuck with an old order (of 70+ items) that won't go out of my shopping cart and the IT can't cancel it. I just have to wait and perhaps it will disappear. My new order isn't saving because I already have something in my "shopping cart" (my old order). And the old order cannot be processed because it was started under the old version of the website. Every single time I go to this Walmart, they manage to screw something up. I ordered a cake for my son for his birthday on Wednesday to be picked up today. I wanted a cake with whipped icing using a display they had advertised on hand. I ordered a cake from the Evans Mills Walmart Bakery on May 17th using the display they have sitting (even today) on their shelf advertising this rainbow cake. I stood in line waiting for an associate to complete this order for an hour. He searched in their cabinet and showed us a flamingo that he could have put an image on, we ordered it for pickup this Sunday. I received a call from the manager of the baker on Friday at 3p who tells me the machine to put a digital image on the top for the flamingo was broken. When I told her they need to take the display down that says they can make this, she first tried to state she had no control over what was on the website (I didn't order on the website), then she offered to see if she could find some type of flamingo for it. I told her I would find a topper, I just wanted the cake. We left it for pickup on Sunday. We went today to pick up the cake at the agreed on time of 10a. They cancelled the order last night at 6p with no notice. We have found out 1 hour before my son's birthday. The last time I used them, they lost the cake for 3 hours and then "found" it (after they had to finish it while I waited in person). I'm so pissed I can't see straight. read more

Was on my way to a cookout and had to stop by here for some ammo. This was my first visit to a Walmart Neighborhood Market and I was impressed. It had all of the basics that you need. Now, back to my shopping list: - Beer....check - Chips & Dip....check. - Pretzels.....check. - Gatorade.....check. (you gotta stay hydrated in Vegas) - Bag of Ice.....check. They have Self Service Checkout stands, which I love and it was an easy process to checkout....despite having alcohol. Sometimes it takes forever and a day for someone to come approve alcohol purchases via Self Checkout....not here! Overall, it was a pleasant and quick shopping experience. Will I return? I'm not a fan of the Walmart corporation overall - but this little market is pretty convenient. We do our main grocery shopping elsewhere - but usually end up stopping in here once a week to pick up some of the basics that we're running low on (wine, potato salad / macaroni salad, TP and the like). Recently noticed that there are carrying more environmentally / animal friendly cosmetics and bath stuff lately too - a big plus in my book. I'm always impressed with how friendly the staff are. The good experience helps assuage my guilt for occasionally giving my $ to this huge corporation. read more

Most of the time out of stock of the things I need and it doesn't matter what aisle you go down, if it's empty and you are looking at something, 45 people will descend upon you out of nowhere to look at the same item. DON'T GET GROCERY PICKUP HERE! I didn't realize until I got home that all of my refrigerated items were missing. I called the store and spoke to someone from pickup and they assured me that this couldn't happen and I couldn't possibly be missing my items. Well it did happen and I was missing my refrigerated items. After being on hold she got back on the phone and magically found my items then proceeded to ask if I wanted a refund. No I do not want a refund I want the items I ordered! We ended up heading back to the store to get our items that THEY forgot, to get a careless "sorry" from an employee. This was the first time I've had a problem with Walmart pickup. My canned foods were dented, bread was soggy because frozen food was placed on top of it and the lettuce I ordered was brown and disgusting. Chances are I will not be ordering from grocery pickup ever again I'm highly dissatisfied and disappointed in the staff. read more

This store is one of the worst WalMarts I've been in. The front restroom is always broke and a mess, like poop on the seat mess. Customer service is extremely slow. I went for a money order and waited in line for 30 minutes. The 2 cashiers waiting on 14 people in front of me ran out of cash and were unable to continue service for 5 minutes. This after I tried to use the ATM with a big sign saying money orders are available there, they obviously are not. I don't expect much going in to a Wal Mart but I at least expect the basics of a supermarket to be met. read more

I think there's been one whole time I've had a decent experience at this store. Once all cash registers shut down. Every time I go in there no cashiers 90% are walking around and chatting with their partners. Barely anything is stocked. You look like you're on an episode of big brother to shop. The pharmacy is like. 45 minute wait and so disorganized. A lot of the staff is seriously demeaning and disrespectful . Your company says it's all about the family but to me it looks like it's all about saving a buck. I hope not noot go here many more times as I I've had many troubles. read more

It's near the Police Memorial park so if you're having a potluck picnic and forgot to snag some stuff before hand, count on this Walmart to have what you're looking. It's better than going to the bigger Walmarts because this is based on groceries only; none of the clothing sections to distract you. I love their little kitchen area to buy food by the weight, their clean restrooms (most of the time!), and their quick check-out stands! Also, it's equipped with two Redbox machines so if you're picking a movie up, you can just stroll on inside and grab some popcorn before you head on home! I will definitely return... usually on Sundays for an energy drink and pop-tarts! Hahaha! read more

This is not your typical ghetto ol' walmart. This is a pretty respectful neighborhood grocery store. I like to think of it as a quarter of what a walmart really is. Only because it's mainly a grocery store, hence the name. Of course this includes the pharmacy section and the bakery. It's a pretty helpful store. Especially to those who live in this area. Poor them the next grocery anything is around 3-4 miles away. read more

Called to ask a few questions on pricing for a balance on my truck needles to say I was placed on hold for over 15 min ! To make things more annoying I could hear the workers chit chatting in the back ground. Walmart Neighborhood Market is a nice little store. It is small enough to give the small town mom and pop store feel but big enough to provide you with what you need. It looks like a high end shop with Walmart prices. The pharmacy folks, while busy, are always friendly and professional. Sometimes even funny and personable. So whats not to love? Well, the parking for one. It is a small parking lot with one way aisles that make parking and navigating the lot more difficult than it needs to be. The lines can be frustrating too. Like a larger Walmart, most checkout lanes are closed and lines of customers build up. Yet they tend to move rather quickly all things considered. read more

My friend & I call this "the hood" Walmart for short. LOL. I'm always stoppin by because it's right up the street from the Church I attend. Check out Iglesia Ni Cristo (Church of Christ) :D Always great on prices. I just always by a lot of cheap things that add up. They always carry whatever I'm looking for.. that's the beauty of Walmart. They just know. I love the little food place thingy they've got. Try the chicken fingers! Not usually stocked with much, their loads tend to be on the floors but not being worked. Produce is awful, low quality and again, low stock. No one looks happy to be employed here. It's mostly a self check out store, with no check out person to assist you when that annoying red light comes on. They make keys here, but good luck trying to get one! It's the last thing they want to do or it's "broken" Customer service is awful, they can't be bothered with you, they also serve as a check out counter, but be prepared for attitude! I'd rather use the gas station up the street and pay triple the price then to shop here again read more

Conveniently located off of Cheyenne and 215. The store is nicely laid out and is easily accessible. I usually come by here if I am on my way out of town for camping. They have everything you need. Their produce is fresh and the store is very clean. They even sell corded wood here! Self check out here is very easy. If you rather get rung up instead, that doesn't take too long either. Definitely a bonus as compared to going to the Super Walmarts that take 20 minutes to check out. read more

Hunting fishing area finally well organized and stocked with wide variety. However, large gentleman who typically works the area is very rude, lazy and condescending. Trail cameras are locked on display so must be unlocked by staff member, even the cheap cameras. I ask him if I could get one, then he said, "And?", well they are locked so his response was "oh". Now if this dude had not been working there long I would have been dismissive. However, this dude has been here for quite awhile so I told him, "believe me if I could get the camera with out talking to you I would never have asked you anything!" Now that was rude on my part but this isn't an isolated incident when needing to get some assistance in the hunting/fishing area from this gentleman. Until this guy is out of this area I refuse to buy anything in that area from this store. read more

i only go there when i have too. i was in line yesterday in one of your elec carts and you had one human checkstand open and 10 people in this one line. we are there like others because we dont want to use self checkout, my reason is 2 fold. one because i always double charge myself when ive used it in the past and secondly if you can afford to hire secret shoppers to catch thieves than you can afford more checkers. PS on the way out i asked a worker who was staring and trying to find thieves what her job title was and how do i get her job which is standing around when other checkers need help so the handicapped line is not so long. she said i am a checker (why was she not helping the customers? ) im always amazed when you put on newzjunky app with pictures to find the thieves. i and everyone else hope these people steal you blind with your non caring business practices. there are so many more things that i can say but i dont allow people to waste my time. absolutely the worst customer service team i have ever seen ANYWHERE in the usa. i only selected one star because if i had not checked one my review would prob not post read more

This market is great. The closest Super Walmart is just over 10 miles away so it is nice and convenient to have a little mini version nearby. The store is always clean and the cashiers are very friendly. They usually have several self check out lanes open which is nice since most people stopping in are just grabbing a few things anyway. Even though it is limited they do still have a mini bakery and deli area too. Parking can be tight at peak times. read more

As of tonight I was totally let down by this wonderful place. Yes! We are in America. We all ( buyers) appreciate the low prices... but not the racism and discrimination to clients. Is it normal to ask for an" American ID" for someone that has shown a legitimate NON AMERICAN ID? I ordered my package online. Went to pick it up and I used the kiosk. Apparently if the package is to big for kiosk you have to wait for a person to bring up your order. I waited 30 minutes for items and they also helped a customer that was there after me. As well brought my items out without a bag or box. Unfortunately this was a christmas present for my son, which I had him with me. I was very disappointed! read more

allot of fresh produce, very local as well. helpful staff and kinda hidden in the shopping center. I come here a few times a week they have most everything I need. no honest complaints about service. though the shopping carts are always a cluster puck in the area. I hate how shoppers just wonder around aimlessly. they just walk in Walmart land. I'm in, I get what I need and go. 3 stars for the shopping cart disaster. it is much much cleaner and safer the the rainbow and 95 location. read more

This is a small grocery store. I have a thing against Walmarts (we won't get into it here), but it's right by my place and decided I needed to stop for some things. It's new and clean inside. It's not a giant place but has decent selection for the size. Nice place to stop to pick up a few things. Plus they have a lot of self check out lanes, which I like. read more

it makes living here possible. there have been a few times that I have waited in line over 40 minutes, but it doesn't happen every time. The auto service center seems understaffed as I was quoted 4+ hours for an oil change during regular hours with no line at the bays. I still go there all the time though. read more

I barely go to this store. The few times that I'm forced to go I get the same treatment by these vast ignorant, rasist workers. At the self check out I'm always stopped by this very elderly woman to check my receipt and my merchandise, when she never ask anyone else. The only reason I go along with it is because I don't want to cause her a heart attack. Given other experiences at Walmart shopping centers, deep down in the pit of my soul I wanted to hate this "neighborhood" store. I have been by a few times to pick up a this or a that.....or booze. On my first visit (maybe second) I wanted some Jameson but was sad to find only beer and wine. Well, I am stupid and have tunnel vision when I am in hater mode and come to find out they have liquor. I was just to blinded by Wally rage to not notice it. WNS has many of same annoying qualities as it's much larger cousin but it's a lot smaller. Good or bad. Now knowing they have everything that I am might possibly need when I am on my way home, I may make this my stop of choice because deep down inside.........I am a whore for discount prices. On my most recent visit I was primed to come home and MF this place. Fate would force me to write a different tale. I was charged twice at self-check out for a bag of tortilla chips. The lady at the self-check master control told me I would have to go tot customer service to remedy the situation. "GOOOD!" I thought to myself! More fodder for my review. And the line at customer service was long. "GOOOOOD!" I am really going to MF this place in CAPITAL letters. But wait!..wait is it I spy? The hard alcohol section?! But wait!? The lady (Tiffany) saying she was sorry for the mix up (which was probably my fault) for the double scan at the self-check out. I felt a new found feeling never associated the "Circus Big Top of the Human Condition" even if this is a smaller circus tent......Happiness. I am sure now I will return. read more
