They must work on 100% commissions because the store manager Katie became a monster as soon as I mentioned I had a return. She claims one of the lenses is scratched so she won't give me a refund and I insisted there's no way as he only wore them once and then they went straight back in the case. After a couple minutes of back and forth I asked for her corporate office's phone # and she told me she "won't give it to me, I can google it myself". I became a little more testy after this response and kept insisting for a phone #, I'm the customer, it's not my position to be trying to find a # she should have easy access to. Then she pulls out her phone, attempts to google the corporate office phone # then says she can't find it. So I reply with how she expects me to find it if she works there and can't find it? Then she called her supervisor and says they can offer us 50% of what we paid for them. Not satisfied with wasting 50% of my money on a product I've had for a week, I start asking for the phone # again and then she replies with "do I need to call security on you?" Umm, no you need to give me the phone # I have been politely asking for for the last 10 minutes. This whole conversation could have been over if she had given my the phone #. The last 2 times we've bought sunglasses from this company have been a complete NIGHTMARE! Never again will we buy from here and I seriously hope they improve their customer service. I did not raise my voice at her, did not use any inappropriate language towards her, I felt I was very polite, firm but polite. And I felt she was completely unprofessional and didn't care about us as a customer at all. END RANT.

I have NEVER had such a bad experience in a store. My wife walked in and were not greeted by the girl behind the counter, but rather the two guys hitting on her. One approached is and said "you guys are just looking, right?" He then returned to the counter to continue flirting and talking about my wife and I. We were never offered help or service. We left the store furious. The second part of this review is for the kiosk. After our extremely disappointing experience in the store, we visited their kiosk. This was much better and the girl (Kenzie, I believe her name was) was helpful and nice. I really like the way she was helpful and and knew her stuff. I would have bought a pair on the spot, but really needed to calm my nerves after the previous experience. I have never had an experience in retail like this before. The last two pairs of glasses i have bought were over 350 dollars, but was treated like I couldn't afford a pair of 5 dollar glasses. Beware of this store's poor hiring and management. Amazing how you can have such a great employee in one location and such a poor example of an employee in another not even 100 yards away.

They are Kawasaki's with cable temples. At 65, I'm a super active guy, and the cable temples keep them from moving on/off my face when I am active. I am also EXTREMELY demanding and an ADHD perfectionist. Did not bother Jodie one bit; she was super confident in her ability to excel; especially with me being a remote customer out of the DFW area some 1,228 miles east of her office. I have travelled out to Utah on occasion, but never been able to stop by and meet her in person to thank her for her kindness & courtesy. By now, I've received about a dozen pairs of glasses from her with absolutely ZERO (0) issues. Does not seem like much, but the investment over the years has likely been north of $9K. Not cheap, but great value in my opinion. Quality is not a budget item. Plus, these always look like jewelry. They are just gorgeous. Can't thank Jodie enough. The insurance is very clear - they cover lenses. However, they wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars for some plastic lenses... ridiculous. Please go online to zenni and buy stuff at fair price.
