Today I was helped by Sparkle, and she was kind and willing to go the extra step to help me find what I was looking for. Love that they clean the sunglasses I'm wearing that day before I leave the store also. I can occasionally find a great deal on the sunglasses I'm looking for, and that's an added perk. Dr. Ayers is patient, and explains everything she is doing, and explains everything you don't understand. Now I know exactly where I stand with the health of my eyes; other optometrists weren't nearly as thorough, nor did I get the impression that the other optometrists actually cared about the health of my eyes. What Dr. Ayers has pointed out as concerns, other optometrists have consistently neglected to mention. By the way, this visit was paid for completely out of pocket, not by insurance. Is it more? I don't know, and I guess I really don't care if it is, since it's my vision at stake. My opinion (for whatever it's worth), is go here if you care about your eyes, don't bother seeing anyone else.

Lou stated, "They had a sale starting tomorrow (Saturday) and that he could sell it to me for $651.00." Great! Lou said he could have it delivered next Tuesday. I explained my mother's situation and asked if it could be delivered tomorrow, on Saturday. Lou said, "I'll make it happen." Now that is exceptional customer service! Josh Hoffman was the technician who delivered and set up my mother's new Samsung TV. Josh programmed the Xfinity remote to the new TV, and my mother accidentally hit something that made the TV verbally announce everything she did. Josh asked if she wanted that, and my mother said no. Josh was quick-witted and a comedian; he had my mother laughing. You certainly can tell when an employee loves their job! They failed to tell us at the time of order that my safety glasses take six to eight weeks. Three employees had to get involved in measuring my wife for her glasses as I guess measure the eyes and observing where the center of the lenses are in relation to her pupils is to difficult a job. We had to make three separate trips to pick up three pairs of glasses and each time upon pick up they handed us the glasses, had us try them on while they walked across the room, then asking us if they fit well so they could send us away. Don't ask them to clean your new pair of glasses, it's too complicated for them. Selection is average, but it's clear they have no respect for the inventory as they simply toss them around causing us customers to wonder if that is going to be the way they handle the purchased pair. Whatever lab they use to make the lens messed up my wife's and had to remake them twice. Finally as we consider the overall value for the money this place fails, give your hard earned money to one of their competitors as Wisconsin vision simply does not deliver on selection, service or value and it's clear from Other customer reviews they don't care.
