Great customer service!…read more I have been to this location a couple of times looking for specific sunglasses and every time, the customer service is great. Today I was helped by Sparkle, and she was kind and willing to go the extra step to help me find what I was looking for. Love that they clean the sunglasses I'm wearing that day before I leave the store also. I can occasionally find a great deal on the sunglasses I'm looking for, and that's an added perk. Wonderful service and thanks to them!

Dr. Ayers is patient, and explains everything she is doing, and explains everything you don't understand. Now I know exactly where I stand with the health of my eyes; other optometrists weren't nearly as thorough, nor did I get the impression that the other optometrists actually cared about the health of my eyes. What Dr. Ayers has pointed out as concerns, other optometrists have consistently neglected to mention. By the way, this visit was paid for completely out of pocket, not by insurance. Is it more? I don't know, and I guess I really don't care if it is, since it's my vision at stake. My opinion (for whatever it's worth), is go here if you care about your eyes, don't bother seeing anyone else.

Unfortunately due to water and environmental conditions the bottom rusted and leaked, necessitating replacement. Abt could not have been more helpful, in this time of need. The Abt office (Nathan) immediately and fully addressed the situation. The Abt plumbers delivered fast and truly excellent replacement with a new Reliance 50 gallon hot water heater and installed all the necessary copper pipe, valves and fittings---including full labor at no charge. The plumbers (Russell Cartwright and Tyler Fite) installing the unit were very meticulous and highly competent in every detail. They also were extremely helpful and courteous. I have used Abt exclusively for over forty years and recommended their products and service to numerous other home owners--no one has been disappointed. Their appliances and equipment are always top quality but their service and commitment to stand behind and service these products is both outstanding and exemplary. In summary and in brief, they truly are the best.

My employer sent me to Wisconsin vision to obtain safety glasses, when we arrived the staff were a…read morebit abrupt with us and more interested in their own social, family, or friend drama discussions until they realized we were buying three pairs of glasses two for me, one for my wife. They failed to tell us at the time of order that my safety glasses take six to eight weeks. Three employees had to get involved in measuring my wife for her glasses as I guess measure the eyes and observing where the center of the lenses are in relation to her pupils is to difficult a job. We had to make three separate trips to pick up three pairs of glasses and each time upon pick up they handed us the glasses, had us try them on while they walked across the room, then asking us if they fit well so they could send us away. Don't ask them to clean your new pair of glasses, it's too complicated for them. Selection is average, but it's clear they have no respect for the inventory as they simply toss them around causing us customers to wonder if that is going to be the way they handle the purchased pair. Whatever lab they use to make the lens messed up my wife's and had to remake them twice. Finally as we consider the overall value for the money this place fails, give your hard earned money to one of their competitors as Wisconsin vision simply does not deliver on selection, service or value and it's clear from Other customer reviews they don't care.
