I was so excited to see FABULOUS sunglasses. Ken has been in the optical business for about 20 years. He is great at picking out frames. I loved all three he showed me. It was awesome to not have to try on every pair in the store to find a good pair. His expertise and the great quality of the glasses make this place a great value. He does have an optometrist if you need one, but I don't know when he's there.

The post-op instructions I was receiving differed from prescriptions sent to my pharmacy, so I ended up being without meds for several days. There were instances such as a nurse ignoring my medical records and placing very sticky tape on my face, despite the fact that I am allergic to adhesives, and I blister. The staff always seemed rushed, and it felt like they wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible. If the staff improved their communication skills and follow-through, I would happily give the entire practice five stars.
