I was on my way to WI from Indianapolis when my husband called to tell me I left my overnight bag at home. By that point, I was almost to Chicago (over 3 hours from home) and I had to be somewhere at a certain time for a paid weekend opportunity taking photos of murals in their town. My vision is terrible. And my contacts are supposed to be changed daily. I didn't even have my glasses. I left on a Friday and wouldn't be back until Sunday and usually after more than a day or wear, the contacts start to break down. I absolutely cannot see without them or my glasses and I was traveling alone. I happened by this spot while getting gas and popped in to see if by some chance they might have samples in my prescription and they did!!! They seriously saved me so much anxiety over the weekend and now I have several pairs to get me through if I need them. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I caution you to not come here to buy any of their products. Whether it's frame or lenses. Your…read moreinsurance coverage does not matter. Their prices are so high that even if you have insurance coverage you'd still pay as if you don't have insurance. And if you don't have insurance, forget about it. I will give you a specific example. Their frame with Prada brand model PR A 13V is priced at over 600 usd, while online with exact same model and brand it's only 200 usd +. Same with their lens. The cost outside with insurance is same cost with them with insurance. If you ever decide to buy from them look it up first online like from glassesusa.com or other online sites. If I could give less than one star I would. Utterly pathetic!…read more After being referred from the Costco eye center (he needs to find someone else to refer his patients) for having a larger than normal dilapidation of sight I was sent on a wild goose chase By these doctors. This goose chase included an MRI a CT of the arteries of my neck and a serious surgical procedure that has left visible permanent scars. Due to the utterly pathetic original diagnosis I received at this clinic other doctors treated me with large doses of prednisone. I am now type 2 diabetic as a result. Luckily I consulted a very good neurologist in Illinois who had me seen within 72 hours at Wheaton eye clinic/NorthWestern by a Nuero Opthamologist who advised me, and the clinic, that he/they could find nothing that supported the original or any diagnosis (and wrote and tell them so) I would not under any circumstances go here if you have any under lying conditions as this clinic is simply not experienced enough to handle it and not self aware enough to pass you onto people that do have expertise beyond the ability of the clinic.
