I was on my way to WI from Indianapolis when my husband called to tell me I left my overnight bag at home. By that point, I was almost to Chicago (over 3 hours from home) and I had to be somewhere at a certain time for a paid weekend opportunity taking photos of murals in their town. My vision is terrible. And my contacts are supposed to be changed daily. I didn't even have my glasses. I left on a Friday and wouldn't be back until Sunday and usually after more than a day or wear, the contacts start to break down. I absolutely cannot see without them or my glasses and I was traveling alone. I happened by this spot while getting gas and popped in to see if by some chance they might have samples in my prescription and they did!!! They seriously saved me so much anxiety over the weekend and now I have several pairs to get me through if I need them. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My son is looking forward to feeling like a hipster in his new Ray-Bans, and we're thrilled that we were able to utilize our VSP insurance to the fullest. Shopping for glasses at this particular location couldn't have been easier, and it really helped that we came in knowing what we were looking for. They didn't have my son's frames in stock, so they custom ordered them. Since we had to use our VSP insurance, they will go to a VSP lab before being shipped back to the store. It will be well worth the wait, because our insurance saved us a significant amount of money. We saved hundreds. And, no upselling whatsoever. I'm so glad we found this location! The office itself was very clean and Covid safe. They took our temperatures, we filled out a questionnaire, and everyone was wearing masks. We were in and out in no time at all. I recently came to see Dr. Savaglio to update my eyeglasses prescription. He was so welcoming and…read moretransparent. Instead of just pushing a brand of contacts, I felt a part of the decision and he was honest about his preferences and why he leaned one way vs. another. I didn't plan on getting glasses, and my prescription didn't change too drastically, so he showed me what my vision would look like with and without new glasses to match my updated contact prescription, and wasn't pushy at all when I didn't end up purchasing new glasses too. I didn't wait long in the office and chatted with the ladies at the front desk...everyone was super friendly. When I received my contacts, which were conveniently shipped to my home, I was so surprised to also receive a wedding congratulations card!
