Let me start by saying I…read moreworked for Harley for 3 years a while ago and I loved the company and location, also I have been buying and riding Harley for two decades. After this experience I will never buy another Harley again! Process was going fine, my salesman Aaron i think is his name was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Sales manager Shavon was a good dude, high energy and a fast talker but had respect. Clothing gals were fine, not much time spent there. Parts counter were cool dude, not pushy and had plenty of knowledge of product, service again didn't spend much time there but they were nice and honest about time frames for bike related issues and definitely knew what they were talking about. Went to finance and I think the guys name was Jermey or Jordan I cant remember at this point. He sold me on an extended warranty that i was unsure about, but pulled the trigger on. He did inform me that i could remove it whenever I wanted if it wasn't going to be used. This ended up raising my monthly by about $85....After a few days I went back to pick up my bike because i had some pipes and highway pegs put on it, now mind you it was never in my possession and never was taken off the lot. I decided i didn't want the warranty because i wouldn't use it at any point, the finance guy did his best to sell me on it but i told him to just chill out and take it off my mind had been made. I asked what my monthly would come back down to and he said that my monthly would stay the same. This makes no sense to me at all, and he could't explain it properly to me either, eventually he just said "well i'm sorry man but this isn't a conversation i thought i would be having two and a half weeks later" Mind you it had only been six days since I purchased the bike. SO he got his GM involved and this guy is a real peace of work. He definitely only cares about his bottom line and not the customer. After back and forth about the monthly he finally said "I'm sorry but this isn't information that we just give out, and you should have asked about it before you signed" I told him to scrap the whole deal and I will take my business elsewhere. He then proceeded to offer me $9000 less than what the bike was worth because it was used! Again, never driven off the lot, never test road, nothing! He just strong armed me and knew I wouldn't do something crazy like that. Gm Rene is his name, look out for this guy he does not care about anything you have to say in any stretch of the imagination. I can't believe the owner JERRY CARRILLO even hired this guy. I mentioned that I was going to speak to my lawyer because I feel im being taken advantage of and he became verbally hostile instantly. We walked in at 1106 this morning as I checked their hours which said 11-4. The gentlemen (employee) who was perched in the seat where the manager usually sits hollers "we're closed" and we open at 12 Now I'm not in sales but I can say that if I worked at a business that advertised the wrong opening time and I had 2 customers walk in on a rainy day before opening time I would have at least taken the time to get up off my a$$, greet the customers, explain the hours and maybe inquire as to how I might assist them during normal business hours. I was going to inquire about winter storage for my bike I bought here back in November and my son in law was going to inquire about a new purchase. I guess LSHD doesn't need our business I'm sure we will find another dealer to take our money !

The picture history of my repairs showed that. No more big box quickie lube for me! Focused on honesty, safety, reliability and costs. In that order. Pretty cool eh? I have yet to hear of anyone having to go back for anything missed or forgotten. I've been inconvenienced by the "chain store" more times then...ugg. I'd rather ride. They have serviced my TC, and the ones the big box store goes "Huh, what's that?" to as my EVO and Shovel. Friend brings Pan there. Hard to get in to but once in, you are a Black Sheep too!

I had my transmission rebuilt here. About a month later it failed again, so I brought it back…read more When I went to pick it up the second time, the truck was not right. It had active transmission fault codes and would not shift properly. On another attempt to pick it up, it would not even start. After inspecting it myself, I found the transmission wiring harness damaged, loose, and not properly secured. The harness clips were broken and wiring was left hanging. In addition, the battery was installed incorrectly -- the terminal was damaged and not properly tightened. There is also a transmission fluid leak coming from a brass compression fitting that was installed on the transmission line. This indicates the line was cut and not properly repaired or reinstalled, rather than being removed and serviced correctly. I had to take time off work, spend around $600 on batteries, and bring the truck to another shop for proper diagnosis and repair. None of these issues were present before their work. All of this has been documented with photos and diagnostic codes. A formal claim is being prepared. I would not trust this shop with your vehicle.

I had to submit a complaint thru Uhaul about his location to try to get my money but they said it was not possible because it was the dealers fee. Total BS!

But Ian and Wilson Auto really came through for me this winter, and i found my new go to mechanic! Ian, the owner, is the MAN! He has gotten me out of a few auto troubles this year.
