This dealership was a discovery for me. I grew up in lake geneva, but somehow never heard of them, even though they are pretty popular in this region. I called them to inquire about what bikes they have in stock, was interested in a 23 s1000rr. The most annoying thing was waiting for the appointment, they do not accept walk ins. The waiting time for my appointment was almost 9 days. Hope they finish their renovations asap and will start accepting customers in without an appointment. When the time came, I went in and inspected the bike. It was exactly how Ryan described it over the phone. I liked it very much and bought it the same day. The whole process took me about 3 hours, from walking in to walking out. A great thing is that they give you the title on the spot so you can go and register the bike asap. We were on our annual Lk Geneva getaway weekend and wanted to do something we've never tried before. Scooters! They rent them out here by the hour and also offer guided tours. We opted for a two hour on our own trek through the rustic back roads, around 20 miles. It took me a bit to get the throttle sweet spot just right. A real patient and awesome lady showed us the ropes and sent us on our way after a few practice runs. WE HAD A BLAST!!!!! We weren't familiar with the route, so I would review the map and would get us through about 3-4 turns before we would pull off onto a paved safe area to check out the map for the next 5 miles of fun. I was nervous about this part but it was easier than I thought. It's important that you stay aware of the speed limits as you can only go around 35-45 on this thing and you don't want to end up on a highway. We had lots of hills and winding roads along the farms and rolling greens. You wrap around and end up coming back through dwntwn Lk Geneva on your way back to the store. My husband didn't even care that he was seen on a scooter... in a helmet... cruising around past on lookers... it was so fun, it didn't hurt his ego one bit. Highly recommmend it! We'll do the lake ride next time. read more

We had a great time renting scooters! There were 7 of us girls and many who had never ridden before. The Grand Geneva location is great because it gave us plenty of room to do training. Then once we were ready to go there are lots of streets in and near the Grand Geneva with little traffic so we could get comfortable before going into town. The training was helpful and they even showed us how to ride as a big group and stay together on the road safely. Will be renting again and doing more exploring of Lake Geneva via scooter! read more

First timer on a scooter and it was SOOO much fun! We rented it for 3 hours on a Saturday and it was literally the best time! The weather couldn't have been more perfect that day and the staff was outstanding and very knowledgeable. When we got there we checked in and they provided us with 2 maps around lake Geneva with the best routes to take around town. Then, Robin helped us get fitted for our helmets and took us outside to learn how to ride the scooters. She even saved me the little scooter for my little ol' self. The other lady was also very nice and patient with me as it was my first time and teaching me the tips and tricks on making left/right turns and looking as you turn. You must have close toe'd shoes and sunglasses in order to ride so just remember that as you make your reservations. The only downside we had was that our helmets didn't fit us properly and kept sliding back and 'choking' us even after adjusting it but nonetheless I had so much fun that I want to go back and buy my own so I can ride it allll the time! Definitely check this place out if you're ever in the area and want to take a joy ride around the beautiful lake Geneva. read more

When I first moved to Texas I thought I had to deal with San Antonio motorcycle dealerships to buy parts from. Let me tell you, after a few months of waiting on hold, ignorant parts people, the wrong parts being sent, morons that require I speak Spanish to in the United States of America, I resorted to a motorcycle magazine in hopes of buying parts. (I can't remember the publication). I found Midwest Action Cycle and since they were located in my old stomping grounds, I gave 'em a try. I have only dealt with a parts man named "French". I am not sure if this is his name or a nickname. Every time I call him he is familiar with the bike I am working on, what part I need and what parts I may need that I never thought about. The parts pricing is about 1/3 of the cost of parts in Texas. I guess Texans have a "Don't mess with Texas" stupidity pride tax included. I don't know how the sales staff, accessory staff , service department or other parts department personal are. But if the owner hires personal like "French", it must be first class. Shuld I ever relocate to Dusseldorf Germany I'll order parts from here. If the owner should happen to read this, GIVE FRENCH A RAISE! read more

Today my girlfriend and myself went on a scooter tour. Netty was our tour guide and let me tell you she was awesome, super informative and nice. She knew her shit and passed it on to us. My girlfriend never road before and netty walked her through everything and was able to make her feel confident, and 3 hours later we went all around lake Geneva and other small towns. Strongly suggest taking the tour if you have the time to spare. Was able to set this up from the Grand Geneva. read more

Rented scooters from here on a Friday am. Great experience...Lynette was super helpful in the phone making the reservation and even more helpful when we arrived. She explained the scooters to us and explained how to get around. Unfortunately we are directionally challenged and got lost a few times.
