Couple Names I'd like to give positive feedback on Billy: super tech who helped me out with a couple of things that were f'd up on my 08' Electra Glide. Very impressive his skills on fixing my ride. Adam: great guy who communicates well. Big fan of having Adam take care Of everything. Carla & the Ladies at the apparel section.. best I've seen in the motorcycle business. Very friendly and ready to help look for cool stuff, gifts and such. Family owned, will definitely come back!

I had a great time here. I stopped in on a trip I took to the Harley Davidson Museum in Milwaukee and then to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Along the way I stopped at 22 Harley Davidson Dealerships. This particular dealership is one I highly recommend stopping at. They have a very unique showroom, one of the most unique of the 22 on the trip. They have a glass window tower at the front of their building with a different bike on each floor! It's pretty neat to see. They also have a mini museum upstairs with a ton of unique Harley Davidsons. I've attached pictures. The staff greeted me as soon as I came through the door and gave me the lay of the land and sent me on my way to checkout the showroom and poker chips. This was one of the dealerships I spent the most time on the trip. If I return the area again, I will be back. You need to stop in.

Kurt M was fantastic to work with. Openly talked about pricing, what options we had and we found common ground. I'm guessing if you go in there stuck on $100 you'll have a bad experience. It's a premium brand that provided a premium experience. Thank you, highly recommended!

Just had my Harley in for 20Kservice, brakes and tires. They did a great job. I live 30 miles away from the dealer they dropped me at the train station after I rode up there, then drove my bike to my house after they completed the work. Prices were better than the Illinois dealership and they get you in and out fast. We recommend Uke's! Mike Steinberger

The main reason was our salesperson, Ken Leipart, along with the dealership itself. Ken was professional, courteous, and never high-pressure. He knew the CR-V inside and out and took the time to make sure we were fully informed about every feature. His approach was genuine and patient -- a true model for how sales should be done. We also met Mousa Abuhassan, the General Sales Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Both Ken and Mousa made us feel valued and respected throughout the entire process. Having purchased many vehicles in my nearly 70 years, I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Even if Honda of Kenosha were 300 miles away, I would have made the trip. Everyone there treated us with fairness, professionalism, and respect. This dealership should be the role model for all dealerships Dealership: 10/10 stars Salesman, Ken Leipart 10/10 stars Ed M - Chicago

My girlfriend was interested in purchasing a new car and was only interested in a Honda or Toyota (the best, most reliable cars), so we decided to go to this Honda dealership in Kenosha after our visit to the Toyota dealership down the road, doing our due diligence to price match and wheel and deal. We were greeted by Sales Consultant David Cutts upon arrival and sat down at his desk to go over some available car options in stock here. He began telling us how the owner is his good friend and how they go way back and how he works off commission when we began our conversation. We then showed him our trade in car and did a test drive in 1 car, and he continued to press on what price Toyota was offering for their Corolla we were looking at (did not answer this question and you should not either) and then we went back to his desk to talk pricing and negotiate. His trade in offer for our car was insulting, it was almost 3X less than what Toyota was offering. We were about to just leave, but he calls his manager over and magically the trade in offer was doubled. We then talk price of the car itself, and try to negotiate with David Cutts and his manager. We ultimately weren't able to work out a deal, as they couldn't even come close to the price of the car/trade in car value that Toyota of Kenosha down the road was offering us. David Cutts proceeded to tell us how we wasted an hour of his time, and we told him that it surely wasn't the first and surely will not be the last (not to mention WE ALSO had an hour of our time wasted). He then handed us the key to our vehicle and said nothing else. Due to the shadiness/sneakyness/deception/disrespect of this dealership, I HIGHLY recommend that you take your business elsewhere, preferably to the Toyota dealership down the road, where we actually bought a car that day and they won our business for being the opposite of this Honda location! You work hard for your money, why give it to people that don't respect you?

5 Stars - Outstanding Service from Isabel at DPS Motorsports!…read more I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Goldwing from DPS Motorsports, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience--especially thanks to Isabel. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right bike. Isabel made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions with confidence and clarity, never rushed me, and made sure I was completely comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude really stood out. The Goldwing itself is everything I hoped for--powerful, smooth, and loaded with features--but what made the experience truly memorable was the level of care Isabel put into making it all happen. If you're in the market for a motorcycle, I highly recommend DPS Motorsports--and definitely ask for Isabel. She's a true asset to the team and made this an exceptional buying experience from start to finish!

Got the bike back after a $200+ oil change and safety inspection, and the broken clutch lever was not even noticed, makes me wonder what else was missed. The bike was dirty when I dropped it off, still dirty when I got it back. Dirty isn't the problem, but the dirt lets me know what was and was not touched. Really wondering if anything was actually checked. And again, being stared at silently like I had tree heads when standing at the service desk was really off-putting. Went back recently and the staff were different guys (the service department has since been moved to the other side of the building). They were more normal and friendly, but I cant get over the weird experience last season and still wonder what was missed that last time. Update: second time I've been in since my weird experience- very friendly and helpful. Worked with me to get my bike back on time before a scheduled trip. Very glad that the odd experience was a one- off type thing.

Paperwork was easy and He stayed in touch throughout the process. Title arrived quickly and via certified mail. Price and condition of the Harley was spot on. No surprises when I took delivery and a great deal. Battery had a decent charge and fired right up. Shipping: Haulbikes was who RTT used to ship the bike to California. Haulbikes was a couple weeks later than their original ETA but that was still more than a week EARLIER than what MJ had told me to expect. MJ did a great job setting the correct expectation around shipping times. Overall a fantastic buying experience. I would not hesitate to purchase from RTT again and highly recommend them to California and out-of-state buyers. Thank you MJ & RTT for making my first motorcycle buying experience a great one.

I brought my 2018 Street Glide in for a transmission repair. After the work and a test ride, I was told it now needed about $8,500 in engine repairs due to alleged lifter failure and a damaged lifter bore. Before approving that, I got a second opinion from an independent Harley-Davidson shop in Florida. They found a different issue: the primary chaincase had no lubricant. After refilling the fluid and replacing the primary cover gasket, the ticking noise attributed to major engine damage disappeared. The technician also noted the lifter bore damage was unlikely to be the cause. The engine work was never done because I declined it. Since the transmission repair had already been completed, it's unclear why the primary chaincase was empty after the service and test ride. This resulted in over $6,100 in out-of-pocket costs, not including a canceled Sturgis trip, lost PTO, travel expenses, and lost time with family. I attempted to resolve this privately with the dealership before posting, but was unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. While mistakes can happen, I'm concerned that an apparent incomplete transmission repair was followed by a recommendation for a major engine overhaul rather than identifying the actual issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend House of Harley-Davidson's service department. I encourage riders to consider other options until improvements are made in workmanship, quality control, and accountability. If the dealership ultimately takes responsibility and resolves this fairly, I will update this review accordingly.

Picked up the car and did not get to far without it smoking. The oil cap was not put on leaving the oil to go all over the engine, exhaust pipes and drained on our driveway. We have been loyal customers here for many years, which makes this experience especially disappointing. We brought in our son's new car for a routine inspection, including an oil change and additional work. Shortly after picking up the vehicle, it began smoking. When my husband later opened the hood, oil splashed into his eye, which was extremely concerning and unsafe. He discovered the oil cap had not been replaced, causing oil to spray throughout the engine, onto the exhaust, and all over our driveway. When we contacted the shop, we were told that if the car was returned before noon, it would be inspected and we would receive a call. We never received that call. Because of this error, we were without a vehicle for two days and had to rearrange work and school schedules, including taking time off work. Ultimately, the only action taken was cleaning the oil spill and refilling the oil. There was no follow-up communication, no apology, and no offer of reimbursement or compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused. Given our long history with this business, we are very surprised and disappointed by the lack of responsibility, communication, and customer care shown in handling this situation. This was once our go-to place, and this experience has significantly changed our confidence in their service.
