After he came highly referred, I decided to trust him with my car, and it was one of the worst decisions I've ever made. The whole experience was a disaster from start to finish, and I strongly advise anyone considering his shop to stay far away. Initially, Dan provided me with a quote of around $10,000 for the work needed, which he said would not exceed $12,500. This included approximately $6,000 in parts and 20-25 hours of labor. We agreed on those terms, and I gave him $5,000 down to get started. Months passed with no communication, and I finally had to reach out to see what was happening. All communication came from me reaching out to him. He gave me the runaround about waiting on parts like hoses, claiming that was the reason for the delay. This pattern of excuses continued for several months. Every time I checked in, there was always something else he was "waiting on." It was only after nearly a year of him having my car that I went to his shop myself to check on the status. To my dismay, the car was still in pieces and nothing significant had been done. Nevertheless, he insisted he needed more money to finish the job, and trusting him once more, I gave him another $5,000--thinking we were near the end of this ordeal. Months later, the car was still not finished. Each time I called, it was the same story: "waiting on this part, waiting on that part." All the while, my $10,000 was gone, and I had nothing to show for it. By this point, I realized Dan was in way over his head, or taking advantage of me. I told him to stop working on the car altogether and that I would come to pick it up on a specific date. I just wanted my vehicle back and was willing to cut my losses at $10,000. The night before I was scheduled to pick up the car, I called Dan to confirm it was ready to go. That's when he dropped a bombshell. He told me there was still a balance on my account, and if I used a credit card, there would be an 8% fee. Confused, I asked him how there could possibly be a balance when he hadn't even finished the car. He casually mentioned that I owed him another almost $4,000.00. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. Not only had he not finished my car, but he had tacked on nearly $4,000 more to the bill, knowing full well I was coming the next day to retrieve my vehicle. This was clearly a tactic to squeeze more money out of me and prevent me from taking my car. Dan claimed he still needed a couple more days to finish the car--something I never even asked for, as I had already made it clear I was done with him. Not only did he go over the $12,500 maximum we agreed on, but he charged me for labor hours that far exceeded what he initially quoted. According to him, he gave me a deal on the labor rate, even though the hours were three times what we had agreed on, and he somehow tracked these labor hours over two years with absolutely no accountability. This whole ordeal reeks of mismanagement and deception. It's hard to believe that he racked up that many labor hours on a job that should have been straightforward maintenance. This wasn't an engine rebuild; it was basic work like brakes, hoses, and carburetor rebuild. I'm out $14,000 and had to deal with two years of endless delays, excuses, and dishonesty. Dan clearly took my $10,000 upfront, squandered the time, and then tried to charge me thousands more to finish a job that was never properly managed in the first place. Coventry Classics held my vehicle hostage because of Dan's inability to run his business responsibly. I wouldn't trust him to touch another car, let alone recommend him to anyone else. Save yourself the nightmare and take your Jaguar or any other car anywhere else but Coventry Classics. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster.

We hired Sam to do some metal work on 2 projects we have been working on to help speed them up so…read morewe could focus on other projects but have these two projects moving forward. I had him do work on a 1965 GTO and a 1954 Chevy 3600 cab The 1965 GTO had him do some minor fitment work, fitment and repair on the passenger door. The hood repair came out terrible it had a completely different shape to it, and it was so bad we had to spend more money to track down a hood and replace it. He also did some repairs on the passenger door to repair the rust on the bottom edge. When he did the repairs on the door he did it off the car and never test fitted it to the body and when I got the car back to the shop I mounted the doors and it doesn't fit at all, have to completely redo his work to make it correct. I showed him the poor work that was done he said he would repair it and it has yet to be done. The 1954 Chevy 3600 cab needed some work but nothing to major. I supplied all the patch panels that were needed, minus two small parts that were to be custom made but for anyone claiming to be a metal fabricator was a easy patch to make. The cab needed inner and outer cowl panels, floor pan, cab corners, half a fire wall, lower skins of the of the doors (just had pin holes). He had this project since October 2021 and started working on it right away, and then didn't touch it till again in November and then stopped again till the beginning of February and told me it should be done that week. He was sending me pictures of the progress when he was actually working on it and the last time he sent me pictures I had some time to really look at them, I noticed a lot of issues. He said how much I would owe him and I asked to see his hour sheet and he sent me something that looked like he just wrote some random hours down quick. When I did the math it wasn't adding up I explained that to him and he said we can just stop now and you can pay me and come finish it your self if you can do better (I do metal fabrication and none of this project was that hard). I showed up that night to pick it up the cab and it was sitting outside with bare metal not coated and water from it snowing all over it. Sam and I talked and I pointed out a lot of issues and he just didn't care about the poor work he did and how he basically ruined the truck cab and Ill have to redo all of his work he did to make it right. If you are thinking of having Sam do any metal work or any work for you I would highly urge you find someone else that actually knows what they are doing, he doesn't have the experience/ ability to do the welding and fabrication work that he is trying to do. The unprofessionalism from Sam is just something no one should have to deal with.

I went back to Howling Moto and they said they thought it was a manufacture defect and that I should file a warranty clam. In the meantime Howling Moto said I could purchase a new break handle and they'll refund it once the warranty was approved. I was suprised that the bike was one 4 days old and there is an issue with it and the dealership's best advice was to purchase a new part after spending $4,500. A discount on the part was not offered... Nothing. I did not want my son to not be able to ride his new bike after just getting it. I purchased the brake handle. Another $180. I was told I needed to make a video of the issue showing the serial number and hours on the bike. I make the video that night and sent to Howling Moto. A month went by, and I made a follow up email. I was told they still have not heard back from the manufacture. Another month went by. I reached out multiple times without a response. Finally, a few weeks go by (October) and I am told that they need additional information for the warranty. This was in Oct. It is now the middle of December, and I still have not heard anything. Howling Moto's does not support what they sell. They are extremely friendly when you make your purchase but after you purchase, they have zero customer service. There are several other dealers in the area. Purchase one that'll provide you with customer service and stand by what they sell. I'm sure they'll actually respond now that I've wrote a review. You can see by other reviews, this place does not stand by what they sell you. **I told everyone they'd finally respond. Now they're actively reoping the warranty process after I submitted a review. A bunch of scammers** Read other reviews. This place has bad business practices.
