They fond that Manfreds did not bolt wired back in place post trans oil change. Burned wire harness on exhaust. . Cost $500 to fix. Be afraid very afraid of this shop.

They are always honest with their work and always have great prices. There is no questioning are they being honest with you about what needs to be done. To me that is always a great thing!! I dropped my truck off today to have new tires put on. They called to inform me they found another issue. They gave a quote, fixed the problem and had me back in my truck in no time. If you went to another shop to have tires put on, they wouldn't bother looking at the whole front end. They just put the tires on and send you on your way. That is not the case with Don Hansen's. They looked over the whole front end to make sure everything was solid. For me that is always reassuring. You don't get that at other shops. And if you do it comes with a big price tag. They care about their customers and always go one step further to make sure that you are always safe on the road. You get the feeling that you are family when they are working on you vehicle. You have a business, and have to take care of your customer! If you say you'll call back, Dont let your customer wait for nothing. Back job after back job. Jeff drained out my patience. Now that i am upset you would tell me to go to a different mechanic. Yeah right! After you took my money already and you try your best to make your customer feel bad of what you've done. If you fixed it right, this shouldnt be an issue in the first place. Your personal stuff is not my problem. I got my own personal stuff. Dont use that as a reason. I even sent you the vcds scan but you still ignored it. messages will show seen or not!!! UPDATE: now he is saying the problem of my car is a different issue. First picture is what he sent me before. 2nd picture is what i sent him after scanning. Same code. same error and he is saying its a different issue. and telling me I'm being disrespectful. why because of pointing out whats wrong. Now he is telling me i know more than him about cars. It started when we had an issue at an area dealer who quoted me a price that I felt was totally inappropriate for tires and told us we needed new brakes and brake pads for my wife's car when I did not believe that to be the case. When we stopped by Cary Tire & Auto Center, they were able to get us quality tires far cheaper and they confirmed that our brakes were not ready to be replaced yet. That single trip saved me over $1200 that an area dealership wanted for the same service... Also, the service has always been very pleasant, they have squeezed us in on short notice, and provided a rental vehicle when needed.
