I want to tell everybody my bike has been made whole by J&BCycles in Burlington Wisconsin. Let me just tell you the experience between Pure Powersports & J&B Cycles is no comparison in terms of quality, communication, quality assessment and fair and equitable pricing. But mostly solid peace of mind. J&B went over my bike after I got it back from Jeremey at Pure Powersports and his teams response was Jeremey did nothing but add an air cleaner and remove catalytic converter for 7300.00. I did file a fraud report with my bank and recovered the money. I then took it to Jake at J&B cycles and all I can tell you I completely trust his work and his work ethic. My advice to anyone considering going to PurePowersports is DON'T GO at some point you will regret it. If you want to see my bike or review its before and after performance please reach out to me. I would be more than happy to show you anything you want to see and answer your questions. I am a totally more informed buyer and reviewer of motorcycle service shops. Jeremey took advantage of my ignorance and I am partly to blame for not educating myself. But nonetheless all is good now and much better then I could have ever hoped. My message to anyone considering using PurePowersports its not worth the many headaches you will have to endure.

A week later I was going to bring my bike in, I read a few extremely troubling review on how Jeremy was using old motor parts instead of brand new parts and this was verified by a Harley dealership you can read another reviews. He did absolutely ZERO work on my motorcycle it was on his property less than 24 hours. The motorcycles in his shop we're covered in dust no work being performed on any bikes immediate gut feeling this was a scam! I explained I decided not to go with the build he got irate belligerent spewing profanities threaten to call the police to have me remove from his property and immediately said he was going to try to sue me! I asked for my deposit back he agreed said 3 to 5 business days I have yet to see it. Do not trust this company or Jeremy you will never get your money back look at other reviews on Yelp. STAY FAR AWAY!

    Back in mid-2021, I purchased a brand-new ATV from Nielson's Enterprise. Unfortunately, the machine…read morearrived with shipping damage from Yamaha. My salesman assured me that all the damaged parts (the seat and the front plastics) would be replaced, no problem. A few months later, I received an email that the parts were in. When I replied that I'd pick them up, I was suddenly told the dealer had to install them--something I was never told up front. Living 1.5 hours away, arranging the trip wasn't easy, especially over the winter, so I pushed it off since the machine was barely used. Fast-forward to now: the ATV still has less than 50 miles on it, and I finally reached out to schedule the repair. Instead of honoring their word, I was met with a short email stating "too bad, the parts were returned." No warning, no reminder, no chance to get it done before a deadline. When I pushed back, I kept receiving the same dismissive responses--"there's nothing we can do, it's between you and Yamaha." But this wasn't a Yamaha issue. I bought the machine from Nielson's, and it was their responsibility to make it right before sending my parts back. After many emails, I've gotten nothing but short, unhelpful replies. The whole experience has been extremely disappointing, especially since I've purchased several machines from Nielson's before and had planned to continue. This lack of accountability and unwillingness to stand behind their sales has left a bad taste in my mouth. Sadly, I cannot recommend Nielson's Enterprise based on how they've handled this situation.

There was a charity ride that was planned for that day. So, I just sat back and enjoyed watch the bike roll in and people walking about. What I really noticed was the Dealership personnel coming to work happy. Not knowing that I'm watching this.... They all seemed happy to be there. That's very important to me and I'm sure it is for everyone who goes there for business. This was comforting to me to witness this. Because we all don't want to deal with drama. When they opened for business I headed to the Service Department. Jacob took care of me. This guy was very professional at his job and very courteous. I had to go see Ryan in the Finance Department and again, greeted with professionalism and courtesy. So, I walked around as my bike was getting serviced. All the employees are smiling and happy, they are busy doing their thing, engaging with customers and I see the customers are happy as well. I stopped and chatted with Rooster in Sales. I had to express how happy I was buying my Harley from Him. Like, I said before, Rooster treated me great and I am 100% sure the other Sales Team Personnel would have treated me the same way. But, I was lucky to had Rooster. In the Parts Department, Kyle "Stray" and Brian were eager to help me out with questions and guide me to the right products. Thanks guys. Later on, Johnny from the Service Department called me, said my bike was done. The Service Department did my 1000 mile service on my bike. It's a lengthy process and procedures they go through. I had zero problems with this bike, it ran beautifully the day I bought it. I was excited to see that my bike was well taken care of. And my bike runs beautifully after the service. I'm not saying a bunch of bullshit here. I work my ass off for my money. Just like everyone else in this world. And when I buy something, I don't want to get screwed over or played like an idiot. I certainly don't want to be taken advantage of..... from anyone.... I'm tired of shitty customer service and how some businesses look down on you. I'm telling you from my experience with this Dealership and their Employees...... you'll be treated with the utmost respect and courtesy.     I was visiting the Tannersville NY area the weekend of 9/27/25. My 2022 Road Glide had an issue…read morewith the fuel delivery. And I had picked up a screw in my nearly new front tire! Lucky for me I was able to get the bike over to this dealer around lunch time, and they got me right in. The bike was finished in about an hour and a half. We left, and 10 miles down the road the bike acted up again. Managed to get it back to the shop, and they got me right in, again This time, the mechanic, Glen, got it 100% fixed. I continued my trip, up to Central New York, and then back home here in Northeast Florida. I want to give a shout out to Glen for diagnosing and fixing the issue,as well as giving an explanation of why the bike was doing what it did. Also, thanks to the two guys in service who wrote up my repair order and put me ahead of everyone to get me back on the road. I am sorry I did not write down your namesf. You guys did a great job representing this dealership, and know how to treat people right. Thanks again!
