Not friendly, did not ask me 1 question regarding my rider experience, or what I was looking for...She did try to assist, but I could not shake the feeling like I was a bother being there....and you feel like they are doing you a favor. I bought a used late model,low mile , motorcycle. Since I was an internet buyer I depended on their integrity and honesty during the purchase. When my motorcycle arrived I was disappointed to see, what pictures could not show. The previous owner had not extended the clutch cable when extending the handle bars. This caused damage to the hand grip control housing. A section of that cable also bound on the tank and has to be pushed fully rotate handlebars. Could that be a safety issue? Next I found wood dowels (clearly visible) holding bar end weights in the bars. mgr said it was all in the photos. Sent me inexpensive,not effective, bar end "caps". if You buy from them buy new and in person. read more

This review is about the service department. Tire swap, should be an easy deal, right? Nope. 4 hour drive time investment, over-priced for the service and they did it wrong (twice). If you want to know more - read on. So I mounted and balanced my rear tire, but man, what a hassle! I figured I would save some time and get the front one done professionally. I am now rethinking that logic. So I took the wheel off the bike myself and ordered a tire and tube on the internet to make it easier on the shop (and my wallet). I dropped off the tire in the afternoon, with instructions that I wanted the old tube back. I went back to pick it up that evening. As I was leaving I noticed they had not put the valve back in the tube, so i went back in to retrieve that. I thought, minor detail, not biggie, but they could of at least rechecked to make sure I got my tube back as it shoudl be, right? The charge for the mounting/balancing was high ($39.50) for this basic service, but I knew that going in. I was just happy to avoid the hassle and save a little time. Wrong. I finally got around to installing the tire a few days later. I get it all installed an give it a spin. What?!?! The tire was not even beaded correctly - it had a huge bump in it. This should have been obvious when balancing. I could not believe they did not notice. Back in the car for another hour, round trip for the correction and a re-installation once I got home. Total time waste - over an hour. This review could have been a positive one, and they could have retained this customer. All they had to do was refund the cost for the service. I did not ask, but they sure did not offer. Like other reviews I have read on this place, seems they do not care too much about customers. If these guys cannot mount a tire correctly, do you really want them working on the engine or other critical components? Go elsewhere. read more

Buyer Beware! I bought a brand new side by side from here for my son at Christmas. As said in earlier reviews they don't let you test drive. We got it delivered and first time out it was giving us problems going into reverse and stalling out. Brand new! I called and they came out to get it, I decided I wasn't comfortable with it since it had multiple problems after first time out. They wouldn't take it back!!! Reluctantly I agreed to let them drop it off again. When they did, it had the same stalling out problems. We would drive it for 1 minute and it would stall out!!! Brand new! I called to have them come get it again and this time they said that there wasn't enough money in it to come back and get it , even though it was still under warranty. Now I am stuck having to fix it on my own. To this point one of the most disappointing purchases in my life. Terrible customer service. read more

I purchased my first bike from these guys. They were not that helpful the first time around and after I got the bike, found out that they did very little in the way of cleaning it up or making sure it was road ready. However, the price was good. I just recently revisited in hopes of purchasing a larger bike. I drove there on a Wednesday and arrived around 11:30. There were maybe 4 customers in the entire store. The two sales guys never even got off their butts to see if anybody needed any help. They just sat behind their desks and ignored everyone who walked in. I was there 20 minutes. I left. I will not be back. After reading other reviews online regarding some of their shady dealings, I would highly recommend avoiding this place. read more

NOT IMPRESSED! Took an interest in a 2003 Suzuki Savage for a project I wanted to do that they had for sale. So my wife and I headed up to check it out. The salesman did greet us when we walked in but that might have been because we were close to being the only customers there. So I asked about the bike and he walked us over to see it. After a little chit chat and a quick look over asked him if it started and ran ok. So he obliged and started it up for us and let it run for a moment. Looked fairly decent seemed to to start fine and motor sounded alright. I didn't bother to ask for a test run after reading some reviews I already knew that they don't do that. So instead I asked him to negotiate on price and to come down a few hundred. Wouldn't budge a dime. So let me get this the fuck straight! No test rides and no haggling or negotiations! Wow!!!!! Fuck me! Seriously!(WARNING) OK then, so I decided to hold off and look around a bit more. So after a week of searching I still couldn't find anything locally and traveling out of state would have been to much of a hassle and would have been just out of my budget and possible waste of time. So I just decided to bite the bullet and purchase the one at monster. So I call the guy up asking if he still had it and he told me he did. He gave me a final number and he would get the bike ready. So the wife and I head back up to make the deal. We get there and he asked if we wanted to get a quick look at the bike before we made the deal. Said sure. Well come to find out it was still in back getting new oil and filter and what sounded like new front brake pads. Thought that's odd but Ok great. Thought ok their taking good care of it so we'll get the paper work done. Nice! That was easy enough and they had the bike out front ready to go when we had finished. So the salesman Tim (I think) goes out and asks if I've ever ridden a Suzuki. I said no, not a Suzuki. So he gives a quick run down on which controls were which and some of the functions nothing real long and said I could drive around the building a few times to get it warmed up and use to it. I said great thanks. So I hop on and take it around the building and the bike dies out. I thought wtf! So I start it again and shortly dies out. Seemed like it was out of fuel. So I check the fuel level which was ok and then tried playing with the petcock and idle screw a little to try and see if i could keep it running. No luck So I tell my wife I can't drive home like this and I go in and tell them about it. They said they could have the tech look at it and see. Ok, but the other salesman comes out all befuddled and starts to play around with the fuel petcock a little and starts it up and rides it around a couple times finds no problem tells me runs fine and walks back in. I thought wtf is this shit. So I get back on and give it a try and low and behold seems ok. Didn't know what the fuck was going on. So I walk in and our original salesman is busy on the phone and the other guy was not to be seen. WOW! (WARNING) Ok thats fucking weird. So I tell the wife it seems to be fine now and we head out. Well low and behold about a mile or two down the road it completely dies again middle of traffic. Luckily my wife was behind me. So now I'm pissed and it seemed like it was running out of gas again. I look down at the petcock to make sure it was on then it hit me. I saw the other salesman playing with the fucking petcock and so after realizing it was a vacuum operated petcock and that it was probably faulty I turned it to prime and the fucking thing seemed to run fine the rest of the way home. Don't know if they knew about this problem or not and makes me wonder if they really did the oil change and break pads or if this place is full of shit. This is the kind of shit you would usually expect from a by owner not a reputable dealer! And it certainly doesn't look good and could have been found in a test ride or found in their so called every bike is inspected bullshit because they should have test drove it and found it an inspection. With the mixed bag of reviews with quite a few poor ones I probably should have stuck with my gut and kept looking around or went with a Harley project instead. Not impressed what so ever in the least. In fact borderline shady! Would I recommend this place to anyone? -- Hell No, would I buy another bike from them? --Hell No, would I come back for service or anything else? -- Hell No. Would definitely recommend that if your looking for a bike or what not that you keep looking elsewhere for it and skip this place. Monster power sports is definitely not even close to the caliber and class that Harley treats their customers even on their cheaper bikes. Should have gave them one star but I did manage to get the bike home with the faulty petcock that I will have to fix and it might have new oil filter and front pads but maybe that's bullshit idk. I don't even know where to begin with these guys. I purchased a used Honda CBR 600 back in may. Everything went great with the sale until I actually rode the bike. Not even a mile down the street from leaving the day I bought it I noticed the speedometer wasn't working. Along with that the odometer wasn't counting miles. Immediately I went back to have them check it out. Tim and steve assured me that it was just a sensor on the bike that probably went bad and that they would order the part and install free of charge. I was skeptical about everything but when you think it's just a sensor it's not that big of a deal. So they order the sensor and it takes 2 WEEKS for it to come in. Along with that I had to call them and ask them if the part was received when realistically they should be contacting me. I brought the bike in to replace the sensor and what do you know they ordered the wrong part. So now I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for the correct sensor. Bring the bike in again and they replace the sensor. Of course the sensor was not the problem to begin with. Now come to figure out it's the dash that's bad. Immediately I talked to Tim to see what we could do about it. In the beginning Tim offered me the option of trading my bike for a different bike in their inventory. Of course after looking into and talking to Scott(the owner) who was rude to me asking me why I just don't let them fix the bike and I keep it. I understand you're a short angry man but you don't speak to your customers that way. So after doing some numbers and realizing that they don't want to take a bike that has a bad dash back Tim notifies me that not only will that not trade it for a different but similar bike that if I wanted to do that they would have to give me trade in value for the bike which was basically half of what I paid lol funny joke Tim. They said that since it's now been over a month since I've had the bike they can't just trade it.(it was over a month because I was waiting for these clucks to order the right parts and actually figure out the real issue). So at this point this has become a complete nightmare for the fact that I'm now stuck with this bike and that monster powersports has done nothing to help a paying customer in anyway. Absolutely horrible customer service on their part. So after agreeing on them ordering and installing a brand NEW dash I come to pick up the bike and of course they installed a used one. They didn't even wash my bike after all the work they performed and it was filthy. Completely disgusted with this company and I will never again do business with them and I will make sure that I spread the word to fellow riders. read more

The sales floor is filled with well priced bikes, which they often sell on line to out of state customers. Midwest prices are low compared to big cities on the east and west coasts. If you're looking for a bike that runs well at a fair price, check these guys out. There is no pressure on the sales floor and all prices are clearly marked. They don't negotiate on price, but my experience was great. My daughter loves her new moped and can park all over campus. read more
