Rick came right on time, he was very relaxed and made me feel comfortable with his abilities to keep my car safe. I had got a flat, and within 30 minutes of calling Rick was there to pick me up. Rick went out of his way to make sure to be gentle with my car (a BMW) even though I didn't request it, he truly wanted to take care of the car which I really appreciated most of all.
