I watched with excitement other customers be asked who help them, if they found what they were looking for, etc. the cashier I got didn't ask me anything. She scanned the product and told me the total. It wasn't the luxury Coach experience they rave about on their website. There was a worker on the floor who helped me find this bag in the store. The motors started it up and when I tried to fly it ended up going straight to the ground so the propellers broke. No issue for me so I just said Ill take it. Before they closed they gave me a day to test everything out to make sure everything worked and even now when they reopend the worker there told me if there is an issue, bring it back and we will give you a refund. Turns out to be that the controller only stayed on with the charger plugged in and didnt charge at all. When I go back the next day to get a refund(as I was told would happen) the owner over the phone told me they cant give a refund and hung up. I tried asking if the worker could contact his boss again so we can work something out but just told him he cant talk he is too busy. I woukd think if a customer for your business is needing help with an issue you would find some time. Honestly not the best experience at all and that issue needs to be fixed if a person finds a problem with an item and if they were told they can bring it back they should stick on their word.

There some "Red Tag" sale items and some are regular prices. As I was looking at a "Red Tag" sale item, I noticed they didn't have my size. An associate came by and asked if I needed any help and she found my exact size. We found a gift to purchase. The checkout line was short which was due to the waiting line outside. After I made the purchase of 2 Ugg footwear, a gift and a cleaning product I was walking out and forgot to apply a coupon. I headed back to the line and the cashier told me that she couldn't apply the coupon after it has been rung up. I asked if I can return the product and repurchase it w/ the coupon applied. She said I had to return the entire order and re-ring it. I questioned that method and she asked a seasoned cashier. I showed her the coupon she took my receipt and punched some keys and - and told me I would be credited back the amount saved from the coupon. Overall, I'm not mad that the prices have full priced items and some "Red Tag" items (I saved 50% plus my coupon). Here is a tip - sign up for VIP Membership (Free) for Premium Outlets and you will get discount codes for a number of stores. The service was overall good (except for the cashier that was going to return all my products to apply a coupon but she did apologize and siad she didn't know she could do that.

Brandon called the distributor to get prices, they quoted $60 for the latch assembly and 60 for shipping. And that was 2-3 week wait. He took my info and would do some research. They were able to get them covered under warranty with a small installation charge. I ordered a bed storage unit. I will always go to them first for my accessories.
