We wanted the rug dried out - we couldn't just hang it over a railing bc it was soaking and we had rain in the forecast for the next several - and while many other companies needed us to bring the rug to their site, Minasian said they could pick up our rug that afternoon, clean it at their facility and return it to our house at a date we would schedule. They quoted us a competitive price, their team showed up that same day (on time), their team guys were friendly and professional, and they removed our wet (now useless) rug pad, in addition to taking our rug for cleaning. A few days later, the company called us to schedule home delivery of our cleaned rug. They gave us a tight (30-minute) window - not one of these cases where a company gives you a 4-hour window! - their team arrived on time, and again, the guys were super helpful and friendly. Although we didn't buy a rug pad from Minasian - we got one from elsewhere online - their team cut our rug pad (at my request) to fit our rug's size. All around, fantastic service! I recommend Minasian and would use them again.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Bought a 4000.00 couch last year. We explained to the sales lady that we had a…read moredog and needed pet coverage. She sold us the warranty with full coverage. Any damage for any reason is covered. Called to use the warranty due to a damaged cushion. Was told to call the warranty company, Serveco, they would cover it. Was told on the phone by Steinhafels to make sure we tell Serveco it was a single incident with a dog, not accumulation over weeks. We told Steinhafels we had a full warranty, they again said don't tell Serveco it was over weeks but one incident. Called Serveco. They asked for photos. We sent photos. They responded with that they weren't covering the damage because it's accumulation of pet damage not a single incident. I repeatedly asked for a manager to call me to discuss. Weeks later worth of asking the manager called and said we were not covered for pet damage and they wouldn't do anything. Now all of a sudden we aren't covered but we were before? So we call steinhafels and explain to them. We're now told that the salesperson sold us the wrong warranty and no one was covering our damage. It's up to us to pay for it. Complete garbage. They sold us a useless warranty and will not honor it even though their salesperson screwed up. This couple hundred dollar fix is going to cost them thousands in furniture we were going to spend there next month. Well go to Ashley's instead. Terrible customer service, terrible product, complete scam.

The Dry Guys did our water/flood mitigation for our bathroom, which had seeped into a walk in closet and downstairs to another bathroom and office/bedroom. I called to speak with their office and within minutes their project manager called me back and was over within the hour. The next day their team came and we're extremely thorough and explained everything regarding what was wet/damaged and what they were doing to mitigate. 3 days with their equipment and they came back today - everything dried out. It took us a while to notice quite a bit of time had passed since the visit without receiving a quote. Despite repeated followups, we never received a quote. Because we made the mistake of not getting another quote right away, the carpet project, to be performed by another vendor, is now delayed until next spring. Never a word from CarpetsPlus as to why they did not provide a quote. We wish that we had been immediately told before the visit that they were unable to perform the work, or let us know upon one of our followup calls or visits. We are still mystified, and angry, that no explanation was given as to why we were not given a quote.
