im beyond disappointmented with my experience at this store today, there was a woman, named Kayla who was rude and condescending. I have been a faithful customer of the brand for many years, and have shopped at many of the other locations in Wisconsin and in the Chicagoland area. I have been to stores in Tennessee and Florida and have never felt this disappointed. it's ashame read more

Visited this store to purchase something for myself for the first time. I got ahold of a Track Backpack In Colorblock Signature Canvas With Coach Stamp. It was 70% off. Definitely a great deal. I made a couple purchases online a few days later. The reason for 3 stars is because the cashier wasn't very pleasant. I watched with excitement other customers be asked who help them, if they found what they were looking for, etc. the cashier I got didn't ask me anything. She scanned the product and told me the total. It wasn't the luxury Coach experience they rave about on their website. There was a worker on the floor who helped me find this bag in the store. She was very helpful! Don't know if I'll return but will definitely order online. read more

So update on my last review I called corporate's customer service number and basically what the man told me was because my order got unexpectedly canceled by this stores unexpected closure and the bag was a higher price now I wouldn't be able to get a price adjustment even though it was their fault. U will know who I am when I pull up wait til y'all open fr. This store has worse customer service than north ave. McDonald's. Embarrassing. Truly. Taco Bell is hiring if y'all wanna fit in better. read more

Coach Factory Store - Their slip of paper on the door - Women's Clothing Near Me - Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin

I love this store! I always end up having to make difficult decisions about how many and which bags to buy. I always find great deals here and buy Coach purses at a fraction of the original prices. I recommend that you sign up to get emails from the Coach factory store because you'll get coupons for an additional 20% off their regular and sale prices. My only complaint is with the service. I feel like every 2 feet you move through the store, a different sales girl approaches you and offers you her opinion without you having asked for it, or asks if you need any help. NO! You cannot help me unless you want to give me a free purse. Get out of my face people and let me have a moment of peace to think about which bag I want! And I don't care which bag YOU like, this is not about you, this is about ME. read more

I have popped in and out of several Coach stores in the past always falling in love with the purses there but always discouraged by the dollar signs. Most of the purses $200..$300... but not today! Omg! The whole store is 50%...Then clearance stuff is 65% off already marked down prices.. But wait! There's more! You then get an additional 10% off your total purchase for AUTHENTIC REAL COACH! Omg, never seen this supertastic of a deal before at a COACH STORE! Yay, my first REAL Coach purchase... or 4... lol you can see all my super deal treasures in my pictures here... I am SO happy with my purchases! "Fatime" helped me make my purchase decisions when my curse as the Queen of Indecisiveness loomed over my stack of "favorites".... (thanks for all your help girl!) She was the perfect balance of kind & helpful without being too pushy for sales... love that! The only negatives were the pushy crowds (obv. Not the stores fault) and waiting outside in a line around the block... brr that was cold.. but the over $700 in SAVINGS was totes WORTH IT! *Merry Christmas to meeeeee* read more

I have been coming to this outlet for yeasr...I am addicted to Coach and this allows me to feed my addiction at a lower cost. The service here is always super friendly and spot on. Some of the girls here even recognize me and tease me about how I own more Coach purses than they do even though they have an employee discount :). I agree with the other Yelpers that it is a bit of a pain to wait outside in the cold at Chirstmas time, but for the deals you get here... I don't see how you can complain. They are crowded because it is popular... therefore there is a line to wait in. If you don't want to wait you don't have to shop there and you can go to a different Coach store. Everytime I have some here, I have left with at least one item. Recently (the past year or so), there has been someone at the front handing out additional 30% off coupons which is greatly appreciated! One time, they even had a 30% off coupon with an additional 10% off... I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I love this store and I cannot wait to return for my next Coach purse. read more

OMG people LOVE the Coach store. This place at the Holidays is a ZOO. And they limit the # of people in the store at one time, so if you're there at the holidays -be prepared to wait outside in the cold. I always seem to come at the right time, i've never actually had to wait. But I've seen it. They've got really cute purses, that is for sure. But I'm not stupid, I know these are not the same exact purses that you would pick-up at a regular Coach, or at a major Department store (Macy's, Nordstroms, etc..). These are a smidge lower quality (but not that much), or maybe last year's styles - they still seem to be made pretty well. Both my Mom and I have gotten some really ADORABLE bags here! We've both been very satisfied with our bags we've gotten here! They're beautiful! And you can't beat the sales that they have! Sign up for email coupons, plus sometimes when you're there they pass them out (like 30% off!!!). So you can really get some GREAT DEALS. I highly recommend checking the Coach store out. Happy shopping, Ladies!! read more

Yes, you can score some very good deals here. If you are on their email list they'll mail you coupons quarterly for 25-30% off the outlet prices. Here's the thing though - most of the bags are made for the outlet and have inferior zippers, hardware and stitching. There are certainly a few "from the store" items but those are not discounted much at all. If all you want is a bag plastered with the "C" logo and carried by every mall rat for miles around, this store has you covered. read more

I live about 30 minutes away and before i made the commute i called and some chump answered the phone and said they close at 7pm i made it there at 6:08pm only to find out they closed at 6pm. My wife and I went to the store to have her favorite handbag sent out for repair. This was her first coach bag and the sentimental value definitely outweighs the value of the bag itself. Erin in the showroom was amazing and explained so much to Kim while I worked with Corey the store manager to get my repair order completed. Corey went above and beyond what was required to get this repair completed. Everyone that works at the facility was honest and very helpful with any decisions. If they felt that something didn't compliment us they were honest and suggested that we look at something else. This is the service you should expect at a high end retail shop. I feel like other high end retail stores could learn a lot from the training all of these Coach employees have received! Thank you all! You have earned our patrionage for life. read more

So I've been to several Coach Outlet stores in the Chicagoland area. Decided to hit this outlet in Wisconsin with some cousins. I was excited about getting to the Coach store... cus us ladies love Coach bags. However my experience here was horrible. I noticed some people complained about the same thing as well. BAD SERVICE!!! So I understand its close to Christmas... and the shopping is crazy. I'll give you that... but the lady who stands at the front of the door... needs to get her attitude checked... and her eyes checked as well. My story is... Its Sunday... about 20 something degrees outside. I walk over with a bunch of my girl cousins... and we get into this line, to go inside the store. As we freeze our butts off for 30 minutes... and finally get to the door.. the lady lets all my group in, except for me. Why? Cus maybe she's BLIND... I dont know. I asked nicely if I can go in with my group... and she claimed I wasn't in line and continues to tell me to go to the end of the line. My group, not knowing that I was not allowed entrance thought I was inside the store browsing away. Whatever!!! I wouldnt be angry too, if she just told me that I had to wait a few more minutes to go in... but kept on insisting that I needed to go to the end of the line. I looked at the line and it was soo long... around the corner long... my hands were cold... my head was cold from standing outside. Are you kidding me?? So Again, I tried to explained to the lady nicely at the door that I was in line and that she let my group in. But she stood there and continued to tell me "no and to go to the end of the line"... Obviously upset... I told her if she was going to be that way, I didnt need to go inside her store... and walked away. *** DONT GO TO THIS STORE!!!... *** The people at the Aurora Coach Outlet store are soo much nicer. If you see a skinny snobby lady standing at the door... SHE MAY BE BLIND!!!... and insist you go to the end of the line after you've been standing there for 30 minutes freezing your butt off. You've been WARNED!!! read more

This was a BIG budget buster for me. Now, keep in mind that the most that I have ever paid for a purse for myself was probably $20-$30. The few Coach items that I own were presents from other people. I've purchased stuff from Coach before but it was always for gifts to other people. However, when I stopped in here - I saw a purse that I had been eyeing the previous Christmas which retailed for $300. Well, it was on sale for only $130. Then, on top of that , there was a Memorial Day sale which was an additional 40% off of that price! I finally caved in and bought an expensive cute purse for myself - you can bet that purse will be carried around EVERYWHERE to make good use of all that $$$. read more

The people that are complaining about this store must be some seriously picky people. I have been coming to this Coach for YEARS and ALWAYS find amazing deals. Last time I walked out of there with 4 purses for 200 bucks! and they were big sized ones! The employees are ALL AMAZING every single time! (at this point some girls recognize me when I'm in there) Even the guys in the back bringing stuff out are super nice and helpful! This is probably the best one I have gone to in the Chicagoland area. I will never go anywhere else (Unless absolutely necessary, gotta get that Coach fix haha!) read more

Wow. What a great surprise! I got a 30% email coupon so I thought I'd drive up and get myself a much needed new handbag. Based on an earlier review I expected bad service - especially since I was dressed pretty schlubby, no makeup, no jewelry and my glasses on! I was totally prepared for a pretty woman scene. The sales staff greeted me immediately, inquiring to my likes, dislikes and what I was looking for. They were insanely nice and helpful, I just couldn't believe this was the same store. Perhaps they were here at the wrong time. It was pretty busy for a Friday morning, so I don't think I'll ever attempt coming here during the busier weekend times. I probably spoke to 4 different sales ladies and they were all impossibly friendly. From the second I walked in, to the checkout person everyone was chatty and in a good mood. Even the other customers were nice! It was a really great shopping experience and I am NOT much of a shopper. The prices were incredible and I ended up with a $278 handbag (Collette Signature Sateen Hobo in Black) for $136. I can't currently find it online anywhere for less $$$. I also got a new wallet and key fob. I will definitely be back. It was a great experience and I had a hard time choosing from the great selection. read more

I am a cheap wad when it comes to purses. As a result, I've gone through them like Kleenex at a nose party. I however, came the weekend of Labor Day. I stayed in line like everyone else and was given a coupon. At first, I scoffed at the women running like mad people around me. But then I saw the reason why they were running. 50% signs screamed at me from various places as the sales women informed me that the 30% coupon would be taken off each purse. Thirty minutes later, I was walking out there with 2 purses, 1 that was 50% off and then another 30% off and the other being the outlet price and then 30% off it. read more

I get that Coach is a highly desired brand, good quality, and more expensive, but I do not get why I had to wait to get in here. The store had about 10-15 people in it and had tons of space to browse, yet we were kept out of the store at first. I stopped in to Kate Spade and Michael Kors as well and did not have this issue. There were tons of staff inside too keeping an eye on things... it was a little bizarre. They had a nice, colorful selection of purses and wallets. I definitely got some good eye candy while strolling around in here, but I wasn't to impressed by the prices. I do better shopping the Coach Factory Outlet on eBay (official seller/page). read more

If I can rate a negative star, this Coach outlets store would be the one. I have been here three times a year, every time I received the worst customer service in this store from at least one of the staff. I purchase bags and shoes from you. Why would you make me think I owe you? They even pack your bags in a bad way, making it wrinkle. WORST Coach Outlet Store I have been to...Received an email coupon and so ask if I can do a price adjustment within their 30 day return policy. When an associate was almost finishing up doing price adjustment for me, a manger named Emily stopped the transaction and refused to do so with a hard and rude tone stating that they do not do price adjustment. Excuse me... I have been shopping with Coach for almost a decade and yes they do within the days stated in return policy. Even after I told her I drove an hour to her store for a trench coat which only their store has in stock, she still spoke to me rudely and refused to refund me. No wonder all these negative reviews, poor store led by horrible management people read more

A woman's paradise!!!!! I walked into here thinking I might be able to find a good deal on a new purse. I WAS WRONG!!!! I was able to find a great deal on more purses than I could ever imagine. There were tons of purses I've never seen. They were sale priced. Then there were tons that were an additional 30% off. Then there were some that were clearance priced + an extra 30% off. So I walked around the store with four purses on my arm still looking for more. Then I saw them open up a box with some "new meat", lol. There was a gorgeous suede bag calling my name. So of course I answered. And then I found out the beauty was being "redlined" which meant it was even cheaper. :-) It was $80-something for a ~$300 purse. So I decided to keep one of the other ones on my arm too and ended up walking out of there with two purses and paid less for both combined than I expected to spend for one. YAY FOR ME!!!!! I don't want to foget the staff. They were so helpful, not pushy, friendly, etc.......... One of the girls told me which purses they usually have in stock (so I could decide which one could wait). I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! read more

*WARNING to anyone getting the 50% off emails!!* I got one of the emails saying that everything in the store was 50% off today. We drove all the way up there thinking we were going to get some great deals, only to find that they jacked the price of the purses way up, so that you aren't getting a deal at all! No wonder there was hardly anyone in the store! My $140 purse that I bought just 2 weeks ago was now marked at $280. So hey, with that great 50% off discount, I could've gotten it at the same price I did 2 weeks ago when the regular price was $140! Don't be deceived by this store or these emails. Shame on Coach! read more

Went to the Coach Outlet Store and it was on an Sunday. Apparently everyone in Wisconsin/Illinois was having the same idea as I was that day. Fortunately we were able to walk right in and there was a lady standing inside right by the front doors handing out 30% off coupons. I couldn't believe all the purses and all the people in the store plus there were tons of staff!!!! I right away found the purse I wanted and It was a purse that was retailed for $358 and with the outlet price and coupon I got it for $132.00!!! Of course I found another one I loved and that one went retail for $328.00 and I got it for $118.30. Total for two Coach purses was $250.00!!!! I got two Coach purses under what one went for at full retail price. There were a lot of staff helping and it was great. Granted they kept asking if I was finding everything okay, but that didn't bother me. It was VERY packed and hard to move around. Yes, there were lots of men in the store and they had several handbags on their arms too. The lines to pay were long but moved very fast. I was very impressed and will be making the trip again soon!!!! As we were leaving the store they had a long line of people waiting to get into the store. They were monitoring how many they were letting in. We must have lucked out and didn't have to wait to get into the store. My suggestion is to go on a Mon-Wed during the morning/day time. One of the sales associates said that Thur-Sunday are crazy. I LOVE THIS COACH STORE!!!!! read more

I was a little disappointed in the selection, but I was there about 90 minutes before closing on the second day of their 50% off sale, so I guess that's to be expected. It's true that the deals here are great and the product selection is fantastic. The problem is that they make you wait outside in the cold, on Mother's Day, just to make it look like everyone wants to get into the store. This isn't the latest club where you're trying to give the appearance of being the next big thing. Coach is a brand that has already made a name for itself. There is no reason to make customers stand in line when there are only like 20 people in the store. Ten people would walk out and they would let three or four in. Ridiculous. When I got inside there were like ten employees standing around doing nothing. Probably because there weren't enough customers in the store at one time for them to all help. Oh and they had one cash register open too, so there would be about ten customers in like and another ten on the floor browsing. I walked out without buying anything out of sheer principle. Treating loyal customers that way is pathetic and I went ahead and spent my money at Michael Kors instead. read more

RIDICULOUS "service". They would not leave me alone so I could just look at the purses!! The employees have obviously been instructed to strike up conversations with people and try to become instant BFF's. It's awful. "So! What have you been doing with your Wednesday so far? "Don't you just love this purse? I think the color is so great and it goes with everything." Annoyingly chatty and they hover like vultures. Two different clerks accosted me and I finally had to walk away while they were still talking because I actually wanted to SHOP. They lost a sale because I probably would have bought a purse - there ARE some great deals - but they were so annoying I just walked out. I'm giving them 2 stars because of the great prices but the service was a serious negative. read more

Use to be my favorite location. Can't believe I had to wait outside to get in when the store is empty and it was raining. The staff was pushy. And then the store was so hot on top of it. I waited in line for 45 minutes the day after Black Friday with a purse I had purchased months ago. I finally got through the door and a very nice manager stated the purse could not be fixed, but they would give me credit towards another purchase which was great. The only problem, I had payed cashed and wasn't offered the full price, she suggested I return with the receipt for cash back or credit. I found the receipt and headed down to Pleasant Prairie this Sunday, 12/14. I waited close to an hour in line again, finally made it through the door. The manager Meagan immediately stated I would receive a store credit, I prceeded to explain that the other manager was allowing the return for a cash return, but she still refused. I requested to speak to her manager Malerie, whom didn't even want to come out and speak to me, rude and unprofessional. Meagan proceeded to call customer service and was informed to give me a cash return, what so frustrating and hateful is the fact that although she was instructed to give me cash, she was still trying to convince them not to return the cash. Meagan stated "but she used the purse for months." I will never return to that store although I have purchased several purses over the years from that store and the sales representatives are great. Too bad for poor management/customer service skills from two important individuals in that store..(MALERIE & MEAGAN) and it's sad, cause all I wanted was my purse fixed. I never asked for anything else! read more
