I really enjoy shopping at this Kohl's store. Whenever I am in town, I try to swing by before…read moreheading back to Chicago. I always find easy parking. The lot is always clean. During the winter it is always plowed so the snow and ice are not a deterrent. Sometimes lately brick and mortar stores look a little bare. They never seem to be fully stocked. This Kohl's location has every department full of great looking items. Everything is displayed nicely and is organized beautifully. This makes it so much easier to shop. Sephora has a large footprint toward the front of the store. It's big & bright and draws you in. I wanted to buy everything. I ended up getting some really nice candles on sale. They look and smell terrific. And being on sale made it even better. At check out, the young girl who assisted me was INCREDIBLE!! She was friendly and personable. She chatted and told me she wanted to make my day brighter! Thank you Kohl's management for hiring this wonderful girl. So many times customer service takes a hit but she made my experience even better than it already was.

They have different sections for sportswear for men and sportswear for women. In the men's section you can find a lot of good quality and branded clothes for your boyfriend, brother, father, and for your friends. They are organized and every type and color of clothes are separated to each other so it's easy to find. In the women section it is also organized well. I'm happy that every piece of clothing that I will look at is here.  I went to the shoe section and it had a lot of shelves with different kinds of shoes. Even though the shelves are not full of stock, it has been organized. They have different sizes and colors of shoes. You can also ask the staff about the sizes. Don't worry, the staff are helpful. Just an add I just went to The Mall of America & bought a new Columbia winter coat for $240 minus 25% for $180 w/no sales tax in Minnesota on clothes. Out the door for $180. Great deal right? NOT SO FAST!!!! I found the exact same coat here for $219 on sale for $40% off w/5.5% sales tax in WI. $219 X 60% = $131.40 X 5.5% (WI sales tax) = $138.63 out the door Sheeeet $180 - $138.63 = $41.37 difference & a 1hr drive to Kenosha WI vs 8hr to The Mall of America (NEVER AGAIN) 4 tanks of gas and a night in the hotel added to the cost.

One big bonus is that the outlet tends to carry long or tall sizes, so it's easier to find things for the Mister. The manager was rude both times I tried to resolve this, and I've never encountered such inflexibility at any other store. It's just a return!
