Welp, as soon as my bf and I stepped inside, we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed any help. The area was very clean and organized. There weren't many people inside the store which was nice because it wasn't super busy. My bf was looking for good work boots and he found some great pairs! They had an awesome sale going on so he got two pairs of boots for a really good price. To be honest, it's shocking to see others reviews talking about the poor customer service because I hadn't experienced that the last couple of times i was here. The one male employee that was here was eager to help and nice and friendly. We found what we needed at a decent price and we will for sure be back! I highly recommend this place for those looking for good quality shoes for an even better price! They have every style of shoe you'll ever need so it's worth checking this place out!

Me and daughter was struggling to find youth shoes. We went to them looking for directions, every time we go there and struggle to find them. Finally we figured ourselves and the particular design did not have the size we needed. Again we had to walk to them couple of times to check if something is available in the back. Finally we picked something and checked out. If we are the only customers shouldn't one of them walk over to help us at least after we walked to them 2/3 times. Not a great experience.

Overall Experience: The overall experience at this store is average. The sales reps are fine depending on who you get. Sometimes I find that some of the sales reps are just constantly chit chatting with other customers/friends of theirs when other customers are waiting for a sales rep for assistance. All in all this Footlocker is good to get in and get out if you know what you want. My husband likes Adidas and I like Nike, so we went to Adidas first. I bought a pair of Nike shoes and so did my son. The sales guy that was helping us was so friendly and helpful. He brought out tons of shoes for my son to try on. My son is picky. First, he tried on the Jordan's, then the Kobe's, but ended up buying the Lebron's. We got it at a great price. We went on a Sunday afternoon with an appt at 1pm. But since they were not very busy, we were helped by the formal wear manager, Dave. He was very friendly, easy going and fun to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get fitted. He gave us suggestions and what styles would work with what. We went with the Vera Wang Tux for the wedding. The slim fit fitted well on my Fiance. Since my bridesmaids color is Tiffany Blue, the Gray went perfectly with the color (for the groomsmen). Depending on the designer and add ons, ours came out to be about $200ish for 1 tux rental. The whole process took about 30mins since i already have a few tux styles picked out for him to try. Before you leave, they require a $40 deposit (groom only) to secure the date and rentals with everyone. Each groomsmen will have to pay a $20 deposit. I will update this again once the wedding is over!

I did not mention it was a coupon at all but the girl at the register answered rudely that what I was holding was not a coupon... which I never said it was. Anyway, and older woman next to her quickly jumped on as well and basically yelled at my boyfriend and I saying, "THAT IS NOT A COUPON." Again not even letting us speak, she just kept saying how we stole their sign and mumbling stuff under her breath. I was asking if I can pile the 20% discount on the wall and the discounts already applied at checkout. My mistake was saying "coupon" instead of "discounts" but they never let me explain. Just rude.
