The staff is always friendly and dedicated to finding the right shoe for you not just by looks but they take the time to watch your gait, look at the wear on your old shoes, and recommend a shoe that is meant for your type of walk/run. The prices can't be beat as I've scoured the internet for the same shoe and not even come close to the prices here. Thanks for taking the time to get me fitted in shoes that feel great and help me run a little better.

Asked for recommendations for a walking shoe for me, able to give me several options based on my use. Watched me walk in the shoes and made further helpful recommendations. No high pressure, pushy sales pitch. Showed me additional possibilities that were "buy one pair, get second pair half off". Ended up buying 2 pairs, one for each of us! Both of us have been wearing our new shoes for a week now - very comfortable, good support. A bit more expensive than we've ever paid for shoes in the past but we are happy with our purchase. Hope they last!

This is one of my favorite stores in the mall, I've been shopping here for years. It's a must stop…read moreanytime I'm here. Prices are higher these days, but still good compared to non-outlet prices, and the selection is solid. We came looking for a decent deal on some vans and she found a cute pair in her size on sale. I was seeing some shorts and other stuff I'd like to come back and get for myself soon. They get some really cool clothing here as well as the shoes, so it's fun to check out what's trending seasonally. I actually got one of my favorite jackets here years ago. We were asked at least once if we needed any help and checkout was smooth. So, decent service. On a side note I always appreciate the music in this place, it's my style. If you're at Gurnee Mills you should definitely check out the Vans Outlet!

Not so, at the store the guy said he felt nothing wrong, after he saw the boot was over a year old (out of warranty) then Oh ya I feel it now. He never said anything about the sole or leather being used up. I told him I rarely ware the same boots in a row. I rotate many pair and have a different rotation in winter (insulated). All I got was ATTITUDE I would have liked a sorry, after all I had been buying boots here for over ten years. Check out GOOGLE for red wing made in the USA. Most guys I work with have moved on to THOROGOOD BOOTS check them out (made in the USA) nobody outsources to CHINA for a better product. If you have to buy red wing check out Cutter Workwear in Mundelein they discount their Red Wings (great people).

Store Size: This Footlocker is one of the smaller sized Footlocker. The selections weren't too…read moregreat compared to the Footlocker at the Wood Field mall. Shoe Selection: The over selection of sneakers is limited compared to the bigger stores also the quantity isn't as great. Although the quantity is limited somewhat compared to the bigger Footlockers, you could always order a shoe from another nearby Footlocker or you always have the option of having the sales associate calling another store and holding a pair of shoes for you as well. Overall Experience: The overall experience at this store is average. The sales reps are fine depending on who you get. Sometimes I find that some of the sales reps are just constantly chit chatting with other customers/friends of theirs when other customers are waiting for a sales rep for assistance. All in all this Footlocker is good to get in and get out if you know what you want. If you're deciding on a shoe or need great suggestions from sales reps at this store I would recommend deciding ahead of time.
