Asked for recommendations for a walking shoe for me, able to give me several options based on my use. Watched me walk in the shoes and made further helpful recommendations. No high pressure, pushy sales pitch. Showed me additional possibilities that were "buy one pair, get second pair half off". Ended up buying 2 pairs, one for each of us! Both of us have been wearing our new shoes for a week now - very comfortable, good support. A bit more expensive than we've ever paid for shoes in the past but we are happy with our purchase. I am in need of new work boots. Timberland Pro Boondock boots. Retailed at $205 each. Seeing we have the dangers of Covid I called to order two pair of boots with the buy one get the second pair at 50% off. I wanted to have them shipped to my house to help slow the spread of Covid. They responded by telling me that I had to personally walk into their store to receive the buy one get the second at half price. I will never shop there again. I recommend that everyone also boycott this bussiness as they are promoting the spread of Covid. read more

I will never purchase a pair of shoes from Rogan's! Immediately as I walked in I noticed the store was a complete mess. There were boxes of shoes everywhere in the already cramped aisles. We love this store! Last time we were in there the selection for my youngest was not the greatest though(apparently a lot of men in the Kenosha area wear a size 8?). I ended up paying 130 for a pair of shoes because it's all we could find. But it was still worth it because I saved money on them and also got the other pair 1/2 off. I think the staff is always helpful and polite. It can be messy at times, but that is because of customers who clearly have no manners or consideration for other people. read more

Manager Chuck and associate Megan were so helpful, patient and determined to find a running shoe that worked with my foot mechanics. They both spent an hour helping me finding different styles and sizes to try and watching my pronation. I have never ever been waited on and helped with such courtesy and respect at any business before. The store was remodeled and looks great. Well worth the time and money. I went to Rogan's looking to purchase a pair of walking shoes. Everyone in the store was very pleasant and as I browsed several clerks asked if I needed help, at the time I didn't. But as time went on, I tried on many pairs of shoes and was having difficulty finding the right pair to accommodate my needs that would feel 'just right' and not aggravate my fibromyalgia, shoes that don't fit properly would aggravate the pain. A gal named Chris S. came over and helped me with the shoes. She was very kind and patient and was very knowledgeable about shoes and how to properly fit someone with just the right pair. With Chris' help I found a pair that fit wonderfully. If you are in need of a pair of shoes I highly recommend Rogan's across from Woodman's and if you are in need of assistance please ask for Chris S. ...
