But since they were not very busy, we were helped by the formal wear manager, Dave. He was very friendly, easy going and fun to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get fitted. He gave us suggestions and what styles would work with what. We went with the Vera Wang Tux for the wedding. The slim fit fitted well on my Fiance. Since my bridesmaids color is Tiffany Blue, the Gray went perfectly with the color (for the groomsmen). Depending on the designer and add ons, ours came out to be about $200ish for 1 tux rental. The whole process took about 30mins since i already have a few tux styles picked out for him to try. Before you leave, they require a $40 deposit (groom only) to secure the date and rentals with everyone. Each groomsmen will have to pay a $20 deposit. I will update this again once the wedding is over!

They had a great variety of attire from head to toe with every size available even 2x! The prices were the same or lower as the competitor stores and really reasonable considering whatever you purchase will probably outlive you! Their clothes are super tough and durable beyond what you'd expect! I found a great thicker fall seasonal T-shirt at a great price that I can't wait to wear! Their packaging is very nice and if you purchase something as a gift for someone, the bag can easily be used for that!

I received the worst service this evening at the register. While returning an item I had my hands…read morefull and placed the item and the lady quickly told me I was unable to return it because it didn't have a tag. I then showed her where it was located and then she proceeded to tell me I couldn't return it because there was some dirt at the bottom- there was nothing and whatever she was implying was from being out and other people trying it on. She was visible mad I was returning it when her coworker did not agree with her and as I walked away she loudly called her coworker over and said "look at this joke of return" while I was still present. She had an impression of me the second I asked for a return and did not care to provide any good service to me. She could have denied by return but because it was in good condition and nothing concerning she took it. It's the fact that she had to make me feel little in that moment that is the reason people like that should not work there. She has brown her, and heavy eyeliner. If you receive service from her, do yourself a favor and find someone else. Very disappointing as a Macy credit card holder

If you're looking to get a good deal this location feels like it has a bit larger section for Backstage and Last Act than some other stores, though the Hawthorn Mall location still has more deals available. The store itself looks bright and clean, with everything well stocked and attractive looking displays. There were a few areas that could've been setup more neatly, and some misplaced items that could've been returned to the correct spots. There aren't a lot of extra staff walking around to help guests find items, however the logical arrangement makes it pretty easy to find items yourself.
