But since they were not very busy, we were helped by the formal wear manager, Dave. He was very friendly, easy going and fun to work with. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get fitted. He gave us suggestions and what styles would work with what. We went with the Vera Wang Tux for the wedding. The slim fit fitted well on my Fiance. Since my bridesmaids color is Tiffany Blue, the Gray went perfectly with the color (for the groomsmen). Depending on the designer and add ons, ours came out to be about $200ish for 1 tux rental. The whole process took about 30mins since i already have a few tux styles picked out for him to try. Before you leave, they require a $40 deposit (groom only) to secure the date and rentals with everyone. Each groomsmen will have to pay a $20 deposit. The fitting experience for the suits I rented for my son and myself for my eldest son's wedding on September 12th was fantastic--professional, friendly, and exactly what I expect from Men's Wearhouse. The return experience at the Gurnee store, however, was the opposite. I was never told about the strict 24‑hour return policy when placing my order. Because the wedding was in Naperville and Being from the Lake County area the distance is significant and we had family events the next day, I would have returned the suits in that area had I known. When I returned the suits on Monday, September 14th, the associate was rude from the start. Before even checking the bags, he warned me he'd "have to charge me" if anything was missing. He then mentioned daily late fees and, when I explained the situation, responded with, "Well you should have returned them where you were at." That's not acceptable customer service. I'm always willing to pay fees when expectations are clearly communicated--but they weren't. After four decades as a loyal customer, this experience was disappointing and not reflective of the brand I've trusted for so long. I will make sure in the future that I take my business to Vernon Hills Store or to a competitor as this experience has made me question the level of customer service with Men's Warehouse from a Brand perspective.

Their packaging is very nice and if you purchase something as a gift for someone, the bag can easily be used for that!

But every time we go to the racks, none of the size are organized. It's a free for all not just in the kids section but all of them. While we can occasionally find great deals for his clothes, it sometimes can be more stressful than it needs to be. If you're going to shop here, be sure to give yourself extra time because sometimes you'll need to dig to find sizes you need.

They are a favorite place to stop on First Fridays, when I can hardly get in the door! And the stream of new and fun fashions and accessories is non-stop. Service is friendly and personal, too. I find interesting items I find nowhere else, and while their prices are consistent with other stores, their sale items make them more affordable. There is even a comfortable place to sit! I have purchased tops, purses, outerwear, scarves, jewelry, and other items. Easy to miss since it is north of Casa Bonita and before the train tracks, up a couple of stairs.
