We have worked with the older gentleman before, and he has always been fantastic and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, he was working with another customer and was not able to assist us. We got a young man that finally came over to help. His attitude was demeaning, and he acted like he was being inconvenienced by our presents. We were told by the older gentleman when he walked by to get the other customer something that if we needed suits to be altered before three weeks' time that they could not do it and that we would need to take them to a tailor in the mall or over to the Vernon Hills location for alterations. After working with the younger man and feeling demeaned by him we had our suits and ties, but not the other needed items. We waited at the checkout counter for a good amount of time to purchase our items, but no one came up to check us out. We finally left the merchandise on the counter and left feeling demeaned and very mad/upset about the whole experience and wanted to not get what the needed. We went to the Vernon Hills location and had a wonderful experience working with a gentleman named Ken, he got us everything we needed, and our suits will be ready on time. It renewed our faith in customer service and the time and care needed to help men that might be coming in out of their comfort zone of having someone evaluating their fit and sizing as they get fitted for an expensive purchase. In the end, Gurnee you need to do better. Vernon Hills nicely done!

He also gave my husband suggestions of other stores that carried a larger selection of bigger sized shoes. Although he was working with another customer as well he was very versed in ensuring that both of us didn't feel that we were left alone. The store itself isn't big at all and very easy to navigate. It's located in a small section of a strip mall with parking right outside the door entrance. Even though the store isn't big, they are very accommodating with ordering items that may not be available in store. Local shopping that felt personalized!

I've gotten a stylish navy blue trench coat there and found shorts on sale for amazing prices. Yesterday I found a great pair of lounging shorts for $5! I spotted a very cool cowl neck cotton pullover for my partner which was just in as well. At $29, it looked just like the one that sells for $195 at Allsaints Spitalfields or James Perse. From time to time, they will partner with high-end designers to bring a special capsule collection to the store. Right now, they're featuring French designer Isabel Marant. In the past, they've had collections by Viktor & Rolf, Jimmy Choo, Karl Lagerfeld, Versace, Stella McCartney, Roberto Cavalli, Comme des Garçons, Matthew Williamson and Sonia Rykiel. Of course, if you want to feel like sports royalty, you can find the underwear collection by David Beckham there as well. People have mentioned that lines can be long here, which is true. It's the trade off you pay for getting this merchandise. As for help on the floor, the people who work here are helpful if you can find one available. I don't mind about this so much. These aren't deal breakers for me. I've also gone here to pick up gifts for friends around their birthdays and the holidays. I always find really fun gifts from purses to hats to jewelry. They had a great variety of attire from head to toe with every size available even 2x! The prices were the same or lower as the competitor stores and really reasonable considering whatever you purchase will probably outlive you! Their clothes are super tough and durable beyond what you'd expect! I found a great thicker fall seasonal T-shirt at a great price that I can't wait to wear! Their packaging is very nice and if you purchase something as a gift for someone, the bag can easily be used for that!

I then showed her where it was located and then she proceeded to tell me I couldn't return it because there was some dirt at the bottom- there was nothing and whatever she was implying was from being out and other people trying it on. She was visible mad I was returning it when her coworker did not agree with her and as I walked away she loudly called her coworker over and said "look at this joke of return" while I was still present. She had an impression of me the second I asked for a return and did not care to provide any good service to me. She could have denied by return but because it was in good condition and nothing concerning she took it. It's the fact that she had to make me feel little in that moment that is the reason people like that should not work there. She has brown her, and heavy eyeliner. We saw a TikTok that made us excited to drive down from Milwaukee and try Reclectic, but it did not…read moreyield the best results. We had heard they don't have fitting rooms, so we wore leggings and tank tops so we could try on over our clothes, which there are mirrors and racks around for you to do. It is a little tricky to know what something like a dress will look like with your clothes on under. The clothes are organized by style and color, and I will say the staff is on top of everything staying clean, it's not as chaotic as similar stores. Things are mostly under the wrong size, through. What turned me off the most wasn't the selection, but the fact that they are charging $30-$40 for items with giant holes or that are covered in stains. I would say 70%+ of the items were damaged, a lot of it irreparable. Even if a dress was originally $200 and you're selling it for $40, it's not a deal if the zipper is broken, there is ink splattered all over it, or there is a hole the size of my head in it. It was just a little disappointing to get excited about something and then find something was wrong with it with almost every item I selected.
