They have just about everything you could need here and we love the eclectic vibe. The staff are great - super helpful without being pushy. We had a LOT of questions and they were all answered with ease. We don't feel pressured when we go here and that helps so much when you're making some big choices. They also have great deals with both tux rentals and suit purchases. They throw in a lot of what you'd normally be charged a la carte for. Stop in if you need anything - shirts, blazers, socks, ties, belts, etc - they have just about everything!!

When i returned the shoes, Chiappetta claimed I left them in a hot car and that's why they shrunk. I advised Chiappetta they weren't left in a hot car. After sending my reply, plus 3 follow up emails over 3 weeks and not receiving a return reply, I called them. There was no helpfulness or acknowledgement of the issue and they suggested i contact the shoe manufacturer. I rarely have any issues with orders. To be met with no assistance, and no willingness to acknowledge the issue other than there obtuse insistence the shoes were left in a hot car is NOT acceptable. If you have an issue with an order, don't expect support or resolution from this company.

I just bought a pair of Adidas at this outlet mall at the Adidas store. I wasn't planning on buying another pair, but I couldn't help myself. My husband likes Adidas and I like Nike, so we went to Adidas first. I bought a pair of Nike shoes and so did my son. The sales guy that was helping us was so friendly and helpful. He brought out tons of shoes for my son to try on. My son is picky. First, he tried on the Jordan's, then the Kobe's, but ended up buying the Lebron's. We got it at a great price. On top of that, we got another 10% off our purchase, since my husband is a veteran. Thanks, Nike!

The tough part is each style and even color fit so differently in the same size. I know this happens from brand to brand but it was really frustrating that I couldn't trust the same style in different colors to both fit the same. The deals were decent but at least the particular visit I had wasn't the best for me.

WANTED PANS BUT GOT PANTS!…read more As I went to walk into the culinary store, I noticed the sign that said, "Levi's Semi Annual Sale 50% off!" That seems weird that my cooking store was now selling jeans. Like life everything changes including stores going out of business and new stores opening. So goodbye to the old and hello to the new Levi's Outlet Store. I decided to check it out because who doesn't like jeans half off. Take that any way you want! As I walked around the store I realized the sale was really good. I met Marcus and he was really cool. It is not often you meet a sales person that is just laid back and fun. I had a bunch of jeans in my hands but he steered me to another rack of 50% off jeans. I ended up putting back what I had in my hands and grabbed two pairs off the new rack. I went and tried them on and was happy with the fit, so I decided to buy them. The deal was great at $22.50 for a brand new pair of jeans. I had noticed these same pair of jeans at another store in Chicago for $48 a pair. Score! It was like getting two pairs for the price of one and saving on sales tax too. So I have a new favorite store at the Outlet Mall. Luckily there's a couple of other cooking stores on the other side of the mall to satisfy my shopping needs. I typically am always buying running shoes at the Nike Outlet, so I will probably become a regular at the Levi's store, because of its location, for years to come.

I very kindly asked if coupons can get piled, while showing them a sign that fell off to the ground. I did not mention it was a coupon at all but the girl at the register answered rudely that what I was holding was not a coupon... which I never said it was. Anyway, and older woman next to her quickly jumped on as well and basically yelled at my boyfriend and I saying, "THAT IS NOT A COUPON." Again not even letting us speak, she just kept saying how we stole their sign and mumbling stuff under her breath. I was asking if I can pile the 20% discount on the wall and the discounts already applied at checkout. My mistake was saying "coupon" instead of "discounts" but they never let me explain. Just rude. If they are so miserable at their jobs, maybe they shouldnt work here, but dont take it out on customers.
