However you can't taste too much flavor from it, but it does add a taste of sweetness on the chicken. The macaroni salad has a red spice on top of it but the macaroni salad as a whole had less flavor than your traditional macaroni salad and I couldn't really taste the red spice. When my food arrived, the rice was cooler than expected, more on the cold side rather than lukewarm. The shrimp was slightly overcooked and chewy, giving the impression that it may have been prepared earlier and kept under a heater for some time. The mac salad also differed from the image on the TV slideshow--it was heavily coated in mayo and a bit watery, making it a little difficult to enjoy.
