Today was my first time here, and unfortunately, it will probably be my last. First of all, I was shocked that a cheese, egg, and sausage sandwich costs over $10. For that price, I expected something much more filling and satisfying, but the sandwich didn't even fill me up. The price simply doesn't seem justified for what you receive. What made the experience even more disappointing was the customer service. Since it was my first time here, I asked the cashier what he would recommend, and he recommended the sandwich I ordered. However, he never mentioned that it came with a spicy sauce. I normally do not eat spicy food, so I was caught completely off guard. I believe customers should be informed about ingredients like that, especially when someone specifically asks for a recommendation. What if someone had an allergy or serious sensitivity to one of the ingredients? I also asked for some water, and the staff made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them by asking. I even offered to purchase a bottled water if that would make things easier, but the interaction still felt very unwelcoming. What makes this even more frustrating is that I still left a tip, despite the overall experience and the level of customer service I received. I always try to be respectful and support the staff, but I honestly expected a much better experience in return. Overall, this was a very disappointing first experience. This location is in the Sprouts plaza and is brand new with plenty of seating. Service is great, they've got a super friendly staff who's available to answer any questions. The portion of steak was decent, and there were two eggs (one of them overcooked in the burrito and became over hard, but the other was over medium like I requested). I ordered the plain one with no meat . It just had egg, hash browns, cheese and some sauce. When it was ready I took it and had it in the car. Let me just start by saying that you can't eat this burrito in the car. It was to messy. The eggs were so soft and so with the sauce it makes it too runny. The other thing is that the green salsa has the wrong consistency, when you try putting it on the burrito only the liquid falls first leaving the rest of the salsa behind in a big chunk.
