I went all the way back to the store, which is 45 mins each way, to which they were no help. I believe Dave was his name, the manager, who told me to contact TaylorMade directly and go through some warranty. They would not even help with contacting TaylorMade which is what the attached says to do. I am distraught that my brand-new top of the line club would break in such fashion and instead of the store making it right and providing me either a refund, or a different club, they did not & are telling me I have to contact TaylorMade personally. That may take weeks, and they may not even replace it. I simply do NOT want a replacement of the same club; I want a refund or a DIFFERENT driver which I explained to the store associate, and they would not do. Why is it that on top of being out on an item I just purchased yesterday for a significant amount of money, I also have to go through a 3rd party and wait weeks for a replacement, that I DO NOT WANT & they might not send. It is beyond me that a product I purchased a day ago IN STORE I cannot refund or replace. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER be taking my business to this company again.
