I recently went to return a pair of shoes and the girl working the front counter (Deajia - or something like that) looked at the shoes (with tags - brand new, never worn, still in box) and STILL had to call a coworker to see if I could return them because there was some 'dirt' on the sole; this has to be from me trying them on in their store becausd I never wore them after purchasing. I found the same pair online and found I'd paid too much. My advice to management - train your employees properly and teach them some customer service...especially Diajia (again, I know I am butchering the spelling). She was emotionless and inconsiderate. I was going to look around to see if anything caught my eye, but after experiencing the customer service - never again; I left without looking. I went somewhere else. Got my refund after confrontation. I would steer my family and friends away from this place.

Boscvos selection was phenomenal, recently remodeled modern store. Shoe Depot was able to find a pair of running sneakers. I believe Dave was his name, the manager, who told me to contact TaylorMade directly and go through some warranty. They would not even help with contacting TaylorMade which is what the attached says to do. I am distraught that my brand-new top of the line club would break in such fashion and instead of the store making it right and providing me either a refund, or a different club, they did not & are telling me I have to contact TaylorMade personally. That may take weeks, and they may not even replace it. I simply do NOT want a replacement of the same club; I want a refund or a DIFFERENT driver which I explained to the store associate, and they would not do. Why is it that on top of being out on an item I just purchased yesterday for a significant amount of money, I also have to go through a 3rd party and wait weeks for a replacement, that I DO NOT WANT & they might not send. Dover, Delaware store…read more I was looking for a pair of boots that are out of stock in MOST of the stores in the US, so I checked this store's inventory. Perla looked very hard to find the boot based on my description only since I didn't have the item # or SKU. To my surprise, Perla found the boot and went above and beyond by offering to transfer the boot from Delaware to my local store, and Tom (Delaware store manager) was EXTREMELY AND INCREDIBLY helpful in making sure that the boots arrived in only a few days. This store's customer service is on the level of Chick-Fil-A...I give it five stars!!!
