I have gained quite a bit of weight in the last few years and cloth shopping is not my favorite thing any more. Well, Needless to say I gained a bit of confidence and less stress by shopping here. I love wearing long dresses, but struggle finding good shorts to put under them so I can be comfortable. I love lots of styles, but again nothing seemed to fit right. My daughter who is on the thinner side, but very busty even have problems as well finding clothes. Well, We were well taken care of by the amazing Laurie and Jennifer and we had an amazing time shopping for clothes. They were so amazing. The customers that came in were even fun. The girl who helped me name was Megan. I did not have the receipt but she told me that I could exchange it for items in the store. She helped me find the sizes that I needed in the stuff I needed. She was very friendly and helpful. Carters clothes has really good quality and last a long time. I am so glad they put one in dover it is so convenient for me. There was a glitch - in that I wanted to just pay for the phone. My bank's algorithm denied the charge - so I wandered down the street to get the cash to pay for the phone. So far so good - until the following morning, I got an email from Verizonwireless with my new "financing contract." Said "friendly" sales person had financed $10 of my new phone for two years, tying up the line, locking the phone. She also switched me from a 2g to a 4G plan, and without telling me added some kind of insurance to the bil - to dry out the phone if it ever got wet. The following day, I went back to the store to call her out as the thief she was - demanded to return the phone. The manager took back most of the accessories, but REFUSED TO TAKE BACK THE PHONE BECAUSE I HAD THROWN OUT THE BOX - a $1200 Samsung Galaxy S20+. The phone was LOCKED - and I couldn't change carriers without buying another phone. My complaint to VERIZON prompted an area manager to call me and he assured me the phone was unlocked. After spending more than 4 hours at the SPRINT store in town the following Monday, that included multiple phone calls to the area manager, who ASSURED me the phone was "unlocked", I finally told the sales person there to sell me another phone - I would deal with the Wireless Zone folks in court. So, I forked out the money for another phone in two weeks - wasted HOURS of my time between July 17 and 20 driving to Dover (to try to get the phone unlocked), driving back to Wireless Zone to return the phone - manager refused to take it back! On the phone with area manager, wrote a complaint to DE AG's Consumer Protection Bureau - and I wrote a demand letter to Wireless Zone - as yet unanswered for the waste of my time, the additional money I put out. Wed, July 29, I got an email from Verizonwireless telling me they had processed my "request" to have the phone unlocked. It was NOT unlocked as of the day I bought my phone at Sprint. DO NOT SHOP THERE! THEY ARE NOT HONEST! It COST ME $1200 to have a phone I DON'T NEED BECAUSE I'M NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH VERIZONWIRELESS EVER AGAIN. I was a 25 year customer. This store changed that.

Verizon is going to help correct some of their mistakes and credit my account. So I won't be out all of it but I`ll still lose some. Not to mention the loss of money in the mean time. Then to top everything else off...I "won" a brand new tablet. Yup...I was a grand prize winner. Free free free. Now I'm being charged an additional $20 a month for my "prize". And do deactivate it...well that's about another $120 plus $80 "re-stocking fee". I`m still in the process of fighting with Verizon on this one.
