The third visit things went down hill from there. I ordered another gun had it shipped there as I did the first two times. When it came to the back ground check, I forgot to include my SSN on the form. The person on the phone from the FBI background check agency asked him for the SSN, and he the stated (none given). I asked him if I needed to write it down and he said NO. Well I was delayed and got denied later. I called the and talked to some one from the agency, and she said it was because of the information given or not given, and that is was best if gave my SSN, that help distinguish me from someone else. I ordered another gun and had it shipped there, thinking I would go back there fill out the paperwork using my SSN number, and it would be ok. I had already agreed to the cleaning cost when I dropped the instrument off. After waiting 16 days and hearing nothing from Music & Arts, I called them. The employee I spoke with claimed that they had made multiple attempts to contact me with a repair estimate for me to approve. When I later spoke directly to the repair technician, he admitted only having called once, 10 days earlier. There was no message left. The employee I originally spoke with said that my voicemail box must have been full. It clearly was not. To top it off, there was no estimate given other than the original cleaning cost, which I had already agreed to when I dropped off the instrument. I was now told that it would take still an additional week to do the cleaning and repair, neither which had been started after 16 days. I had no confidence in this time estimate. I drove to the store and retrieved my instrument, which had not been worked on at all. After I returned home from picking up my instrument, the service technician texted me a screenshot of his computer application "proving" that he had left a message for me with an estimate, 10 days before I had retrieved the unserviced instrument. I replied to his text with a screenshot of Verizon's call records for my phone, showing no calls had come from either him or Music & Arts ever since I first brought the instrument to be serviced. Despite Verizon's documented call records, the technician still continued to insist that he had left a message with an estimate and was waiting for me to return his call (which he never made). And that is supposedly why he had not done any work on the instrument. What a waste of my time.

This store is not just for people of color, but all people with hair and skin :) It is difficult to find stores that have a wide selection of wigs, hair and products that are geared toward people of color and this store more than fits the bill. If you can't find products that you are looking to purchase, just ask one of the store associates. They will either find it in heir store (as they likely have it), or they can start stocking the product. I have added a few pictures of prices and quality products that I purchased today. The prices are the best in town and you will not find a better price for most of the products in town. Wigs and hair........what can I say?!!! They keep all of the latest styles, types and etc in the area. I have began to notice that they get different types of wigs on a continual basis ( weekly and bi-weekly). This is a store that I can hang out and look around an hour with each visit. This is a site for all and hope that you enjoy as much as I.
