That is understandable but was confusing because I just got one here a couple of months ago. I don't blame employees for policy changes but the way the information was delivered to me seemed condescending. They had absolutely no selection in anything under a 40 band and the bottom shelves were very cluttered and unorganized so I got very overwhelmed and ended up just leaving. The staff were also just staring at me the entire time which isn't very comfortable when underwear shopping. It felt like they were trying to make me feel uncomfortable and out of place. I'm very disappointed because the last time I shopped here I had a positive experience with a helpful staff.

Nothing that is advertise in facebook or website are in the store! Then a (clerance) rack with price tags of $50 I feel like I'm shopping at a granny goodwill store. Will be closing my torrid credit line as well. So fed up with the ridiculous prices of $50 for a darn shirt and almost $100 for 1 pair of jeans! In the old navy across from them I got 3 pairs of jeans 2 shirts and a cardigan ALL for the same price of 1 pair of jeans in torrid. Unbelievable!

When we walked into the store the associate was helping another customer. However, when we left, the associate didn't come over to help us, instead he started texting. And never stopped. Mind you, this store is 700sq ft at most. We were asking the man questions and advice and he answered, but never took his head up or looked at us until we asked for sizes to try on. Luckily, my dad knew basically what he was looking for and was able to find it. Otherwise we would have been lost. No help at all. Kind of shocked at the total lack of friendliness.
