My daughter who is on the thinner side, but very busty even have problems as well finding clothes. Mind you, this store is 700sq ft at most. We were asking the man questions and advice and he answered, but never took his head up or looked at us until we asked for sizes to try on. These items should stay in their original sale areas. Then, to add to my unnecessary trip upstairs, signs are posted to check out with customer service. I must wait for the staff to finish ringing up purchases if I have a customer service issue. Customer service should be customer service and nothing more or less. We strongly desire to maintain the traditional department store experience with available customer service personnel whenever needed. If I wanted the off-price store experience, I would visit an off-price store. Give us back our customer service personnel and place all sale items in their respective areas.

She had pre-ordered the same Pop! and without any indication from me, she offered me her pre-ordered Pop! since the box was in better condition. I felt really bad and told her I appreciated it but could take her better box but she insisted and told me that she would rather see me with it since the box wasn't as big of a concern to her. It's so refreshing to see genuinely nice humans in the retail setting and we will definitely come back.

I asked them if they stopped believing in selling iPhone chargers and just wanted to have pictures of them on the walls just for show of what someone could have if they went to another store to buy it. They claimed they had them in the back and would be out the next day. Because I knew they were full of shit, I waited another week to show back up. And what do you know? Still no chargers. That's one of the most basic things people come to the store for and they couldn't manage to put any of them out? There's no shortage on iPhone chargers I know that for a fact.
