Coming from NY State, visiting a mall where all purchases are tax free was a win. The mall itself had your typical mix of local and well known stores, and average vacancies. One level mall, for a smaller mall was clean . My two stores that are my go too are Boscvos, and Shoe Depot. Even though a smaller mall, nicely decorated for Christmas. Boscvos selection was phenomenal, recently remodeled modern store. Shoe Depot was able to find a pair of running sneakers. Service was different then I was used too, but pleased with my purchase and would visit the mall again, if visiting area.

I brought things to sell this time as my kids have grown out of things. Some items were BRAND NEW/NEVER USED and they returned them to me saying they're too worn out or stained when I literally took the tags off this morning to bring em to Dover. Then I was paid with a check when everything is advertised as CASH FOR YOUR THINGS. Why was I given a check? I won't be back. Staff was quick to greet me but very dismissive when I asked about the returns. Was not worth the trip. Better off just donating things and getting a tax slip it you truly need the money back.

I was very disappointed but I eventually found it tucked in a corner of the men's dept. I am a retired human resource manager and was responsible for 300 employees and let me tell you this ; if I found out that any of them did not stop and assist or in my situation show the customer to area of dressing room especially since I indicated I was from out of town they would be looking for employment elsewhere
