Coming from NY State, visiting a mall where all purchases are tax free was a win. The mall itself had your typical mix of local and well known stores, and average vacancies. One level mall, for a smaller mall was clean . My two stores that are my go too are Boscvos, and Shoe Depot. Even though a smaller mall, nicely decorated for Christmas. Boscvos selection was phenomenal, recently remodeled modern store. Shoe Depot was able to find a pair of running sneakers. Service was different then I was used too, but pleased with my purchase and would visit the mall again, if visiting area.

I happened to go during a red-tag $1 clearance event and found some good pieces that way, too. The toy area was a mess and many toys were dirty. I brought things to sell this time as my kids have grown out of things. Some items were BRAND NEW/NEVER USED and they returned them to me saying they're too worn out or stained when I literally took the tags off this morning to bring em to Dover. Then I was paid with a check when everything is advertised as CASH FOR YOUR THINGS. Why was I given a check? I won't be back. Staff was quick to greet me but very dismissive when I asked about the returns. Was not worth the trip. Better off just donating things and getting a tax slip it you truly need the money back.

They have it split in two where they have "self check out" on one side and "cashier" on the other side. They had two self check out registers and two registers with cashiers all in one straight line. When I got in line the "cashier" side had people waiting in it and the self check out had none so I went in that line. After waiting a while and more people got in the cashier line I was still waiting for a self check out. When a cashier became available and I tried to walk to them I was informed by the self check out police that worked there that I was in the self check out line so I was not allowed to go to the cashier. I had to let other people who were waiting for less time than me go first. Terrible customer service on Kohls end to be doing that. I won't be back.
