I went to this Goodwill twice while visiting Dover. Lots of good clothes! Worth a visit. Cashiers were very nice.

Worst place ever. Service was horrible and didn't even take the time to look at the clothes before…read moredemanding it unfit. Half was my 16 year-old sister style half of it still had a tag on it. Brand new and I could tell they didn't go through it because it was in style because it was really bought at the mall right next to them.... And, while we were given reasons, none of them made sense. First, we're told they only take trendy items, yet none of my friends American Eagle jeans, Aeropostale jeans, or Hollister clothing was 'trendy' enough for them? Also on that note, I've gone into this particular store multiple times to shop and have seen plenty of SHEIN clothing (which, begs to question what they consider 'trendy' lol). And, as for them telling us they couldn't take clothing with stains (nothing I saw in my bag had stains), I have also seen many articles of clothing in that store with stains or holes. And, personally, I don't see the big deal if they're small/not noticeable. But, the issue I have is when you deny my clothes but accept others with the same 'problems.' And, finally, how are you going to tell me you aren't taking 'fall clothing' at the moment when my bag had multiple bathing suits, shorts, and t-shirts? I just don't get it and, like I mentioned before, there has only ever been on instance which they have ever accepted something I try to sell (and that's after trying more than five times over the years). For a thrift store, I just don't understand the misleading and confusing stipulations smh.
