One thing you get with an in-person experience is the input from the ladies at the dress shop. They brought out several dresses based on a general description of what I liked. I ultimately chose an emerald green dress - which is not a color I would have ever chosen on my own. It turned out to be the perfect dress for me and complemented the bridal party color.

My husband purchased an $80 blouse at this store for me, for Mother's Day. After wearing it only…read moreonce, the threads on the front of the blouse were breaking off and pulling out of the blouse itself. I returned to this store and dealt with a snobby, rude, unprofessional woman who claimed to be the manager. She refused to even look at the problem with the blouse, and dismissed me and my request for a refund because the tags were not still physically attached to the garment! I then looked up their return policy on their website and no where did it state that the tags must still be attached if the item is defective. I then called their corporate number and the representative was shocked that the manager was refusing to help me. I then had to mail the blouse to their corporate office, along with a letter, and I'm now waiting for a response. An $80 blouse should not be falling apart after one wear! Horrible customer service and cheap, over-priced clothing! Will never return there again!

For the sports coats Jimmy's recommendations on cloth, style (1 button sport coat for me), pocket design, lining design (choose from a hundred designs or provide your own pictures for a custom lining) and choice of buttons helped me find my personal style. Next up was a smoking jacket. If you are looking for something special and unusual for a gift (or spoil yourself) this is a great choice. Again guided by Jimmy for cloth, design (jacket with robe tie closing) and pocket design a great smoking jacket was created. I didn't mention 3 three custom embroidered "sayings" you can choose for each jacket. One above each inside pocket and one "secret" location (ask Jimmy). One of my sayings..."It is what it is". Finally, new to Sagets, is their custom shoe line driven by their website. For me a black leather croc design with a ribbed sole and grey shoelaces for a high end casual shoe. They are super comfortable and a perfect fit.
