Even then, I knew this was the company I wanted to move forward with--and I'm so glad I did. The staff was punctual, efficient, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. They arrived on time as promised, got straight to work, maintained a clean workspace, and wrapped up seamlessly each day. Although a few days of rain extended the timeline slightly, I truly appreciated that they waited for good weather to ensure the work was done right. The new tiles, plaster, and step markers turned out absolutely amazing. Everything exceeded our expectations--and my kids are in heaven!

However your excuse of being unable to fix the issue is insufficient. On the initial service it was clearly stated which parts were replaced and the reasoning was communicated to the serviceman. If anything it should've helped the diagnosis as the heater had multiple problems that I replaced. Jandy did not troubleshoot with the technician during the visit. The service call went past 5 and the technician said they were closed. He said he would email them and get back to me which he didn't until I reached out to him. Transformer was melted and shorted the board which was replaced. Igniter and sensor was broken and was replaced. I don't think replacing these obvious issues should throw off your diagnostics. If anything if these things weren't replaced it would've caused a longer diagnostic process, multiple service calls and delay waiting for parts. It got to a point where I ran out of ideas and that's why I relied on your 15 years of expertise and was disappointed with the outcome, especially since the issue was something fixable

When I put in a request for quoted work around the area I got a lot of responses. But what stood out from Clean Wave Pools is that they didn't sugar coat anything or beat around the bush. They were upfront with us on what it would take to get the pool from green to crystal clear. It always helps when a company quotes you something close to what the work may come out to. When I first spoke to their receptionist/scheduler she was so nice and understanding. I explained how this company my parents had been using kept giving them different solutions to fix the green pool. Spent well over $1000 to have the pool look the same. I got fed up. So many companies take advantage of the elderly so I ended up getting quotes from yelp. Luke spoke to me and set up a time and day to check it out and give a quote for free. I loved that he was true to his word and helped my parents out. Every visit they sent myself and my parents an email of the breakdown of work that was done. We ended up using this company because of how professional they were. They knew what they were talking about. Well within 3 weeks the pool went from green to crystal clear. Luke even explained the speed or the pump was incorrect which the company Aqualink installed the unit and told my parents they needed to upgrade it. Screw that, my tech savvy self connected to the unit and got it back up and running and updated the speed to the pump as suggested by Luke. My parents are so happy they can use their pool again. Their prices were reasonable, and they did not attempt to up sale unnecessary items. Picking the surface and tile was easy thanks to the samples they had in the show room. They also provide the catalog to see other options as well. The quality of work was satisfactory. We have no complaints. Big thanks to the one guy who spent two days installing 2 new skimmers and trenching and piping about 100 ft of new pipe. That man worked extremely hard and I was impressed he did it by himself. They dont do concrete. So if you're doing concrete, make sure you have good communication between your concrete guy and them. Coordinating the two was probably the worst part of the remodel. Nobody's fault, just need to get both contractors on the same page scheduling wise. If you get dark plaster, it WILL NOT be even. They explain this and make you sign. I honestly like the variation in our darker color. But don't be surprised or upset. It happens and its just cosmetic. I waited a year to do my review and we have had no issues.
